Sicura contro la rottura della molla di richiamo

Carrello con inversore manuale:
- con carrello spento, preselezionare una
direzione di marcia e mantenere premuto
a fondo il pedale acceleratore
- azionare l'interruttore a chiave
- verificare che a display appaia il segnale
di errore (1)
Carrelli con inversore a pedale.
- con carrello spento, mantenere premuto a
fondo un pedale di marcia
- azionare l'interruttore a chiave
- verificare che a display appaia il segnale
di errore (2)
- ripetere l'operazione per l'altro pedale di
marcia
In entrambi i casi, le ruote non devono
muoversi.
Solo in esecuzione dei test delle sicure,
la comparsa di questi messaggi di errore
conferma il buon funzionamento del circuito.
Controllo del dispositivo "uomo presente"
Con il carrello predisposto all'avviamento, in
assenza del conducente, l'indicazione (3) sul display
deve essere accesa; premendo il pedale di marcia
le ruote non devono muoversi.
Anche il funzionamento del montante deve risultare
inibito.

Accelerator pedal and/or potentiometer return
spring safety circuit.
Truck with manual drive inversion:
- with the truck switched OFF, select a drive
direction and fully depress the accelerator
pedal
- turn the ignition key ON
- check that the error message (1) appears
on the display
Trucks with pedal drive inversion.
- with the truck switched off, hold fully pressed
one of the drive pedals
- turn the ignition key ON
- check that the error message (2) appears
on the display
- repeat the operation for the other drive pedal
In both cases, the wheels should not move.
Only when safety stop tests are carried out
does the appearance of these error messages
confirm normal circuit operating conditions.
Dead man device control
With the truck set for start-up, but without the
operator, the indication (3) on the display should
be on; on pressing the drive pedal, the wheels
should not move.
Operation of the mast should also be inhibited.

Stapler mit manueller Fahrtrichtungsumkehr:
- Bei ausgeschaltetem Stapler
Fahrtrichtung anwählen, das Gaspedal ganz
durchtreten und in dieser Stellung halten.
- Den Schlüsselschalter betätigen
- Prüfen, ob am Display das Störungssignal
(1) eingeblendet ist.
Stapler mit Fahrtrichtungsumschaltung über
Pedal
- Bei ausgeschaltetem Stapler
Fahrtrichtungspedal ganz durchtreten und in
dieser Stellung halten.
- Den Schlüsselschalter betätigen
- Prüfen, ob am Display das Störungssignal
(2) eingeblendet ist.
- Den Vorgang für das andere
Fahrtrichtungspedal wiederholen
In beiden Fällen dürfen sich die Räder nicht
bewegen.
Lediglich während der Ausführung der Tests
des Sicherungskreise bestätigt die Anzeige
dieser Fehlermeldungen den korrekten Betrieb
des Kreislaufs.
Kontrolle der "Totmannschaltung"
Bei auf Start voreingestelltem Stapler muss die
Displayanzeige (3) aufleuchten, wenn der Fahrer
nicht anwesend ist. Beim Treten des
Fahrtrichtungspedals dürfen sich die Räder nicht
bewegen.
Auch der Betrieb des Hubmasts muss gesperrt
sein.
