- sostituire l'olio
Sostituzione dell'olio nei riduttori
- togliere le ruote anteriori
- pulire accuratamente l'area circostante i tappi
di carico e scarico olio; posizionare sotto
il tappo di scarico un contenitore adeguato
e togliere i tappi di carico e scarico, lasciando
defluire completamente l'olio
- pulire il tappo di scarico (B) e ricollocare
- introdurre la quantità esatta di olio (v. 6.2.0)
dal foro (A), pulire il tappo di carico e
ricollocare
- terminato il riempimento pulire da eventuale
tracimazione.
Per migliorare il deflusso dell'olio, è conveniente
svuotare i riduttori dopo aver provveduto ad
eseguire alcuni giri di riscaldamento, muovendo
il carrello per alcuni minuti.
Per non compromettere il normale
funzionamento dei riduttori, si raccomanda
di non inserire più olio del necessario.
5.2.2 PEDALI DI MARCIA
Ogni 1000 ore
- controllare che i pedali siano liberi nei loro
movimenti e che il loro ritorno, in posizione
di riposo, sia sicuro e privo di intoppi

After the first 50 hours
- replace the oil (see 2.5.2)
Every 2000 hours
- change the oil
Changing the oil in the reduction gears
- remove the front wheels
- carefully clean the area around the oil filling
and draining caps; place a suitable container
below the drain cap and then remove both
the filling and the draining caps and allow
the oil to drain out completely
- clean the drain plug (B) and replace
- pour the exact quantity of oil required (see
6.2.0) through hole (A), clean the filler plug
and replace
- when filling is complete, clean any overflow.
To improve the oil flow, it is advisable to empty
the reduction gears after running the truck
for a few minutes to warm them up.
Do not fill with more oil than necessary to
ensure correct functioning of the reduction
gears.
5.2.2 ACCELERATOR PEDALS
Every 1000 hours
- check that the pedals move freely and that
they return to their rest position smoothly
without any problems

Ölwechsel in den Untersetzungsgetrieben
- Die Vorderräder abnehmen.
- Den Bereich um die Füll- und Ablaßschraube
sorgfältig reinigen; einen geeigneten Behälter
unter die Ablaßschraube stellen, die Füll-
und Ablaßschraube abnehmen und das Öl
vollständig abfließen lassen
- Die Ablassschraube (B) säubern und wieder
eindrehen.
- Genau die vorgeschriebene Menge Frischöl
(vgl. 6.2.0) durch die Öffnung (A) einfüllen,
die Einfüllschraube säubern und wieder
eindrehen.
- Nach dem Einfüllen eventuelle Ölrückstände
abwischen.
Damit das Öl leichter abfließt, sollten die
Achsantriebe entleert werden, nachdem der
Stapler einige Minuten in Betrieb gesetzt wurde.
Um den einwandfreien Betrieb
Achsantriebe nicht zu beeinträchtigen, nicht
mehr Öl als erforderlich nachfüllen.
5.2.2 FAHRPEDALE
Alle 1000 Betriebsstunden
- Prüfen, ob die Pedale problemlos betätigt
werden können und unbehindert in die
Ruhestellung zurückkehren
