Ogni manomissione del gruppo sterzante
e dell'impianto idraulico dello sterzo
compromette la sicurezza del mezzo; gli
interventi di riparazione o sostituzione devono
essere eseguiti dal Servizio di assistenza
BT o da personale debitamente autorizzato
dalla BT.
Controllo del gruppo sterzante versione tre
ruote
Il gruppo sterzante (D) non necessita di ingrassaggio
o lubrificazione.
Ogni 1000 ore
- controllare ed eventualmente registrare i
cuscinetti dei mozzi ruota
Controllo del gruppo sterzante versione
quattro ruote
Ogni 1000 ore
- lubrificare le articolazioni del gruppo sterzo,
utilizzando gli ingrassatori (C)
- controllare gli angoli di sterzatura
- controllare ed eventualmente registrare i
cuscinetti dei mozzi ruota
Notando un consumo anormale dei battistrada
delle gomme, eseguire i seguenti controlli:
- controllare il parallelismo delle ruote
- controllare che l'angolo di sterzatura delle
ruote sia il medesimo in entrambi i versi
5.5.2 CONTROLLO DELLE TENUTE
E PULIZIA DELL'IMPIANTO
IDROGUIDA
Ogni 1000 ore
- controllare, al fine di localizzare eventuali
perdite, l'intero impianto; effettuare gli
interventi con l'impianto senza pressione
Ogni 5000 ore
- sostituire i tubi (F) che collegano l'idroguida
al martinetto di sterzo
Ogni 10000 ore
- sostituire le tubazioni dell'impianto

Any tampering with the steering unit and
the hydraulic steering system can interfere
with the safety of the vehicle. All repair
or replacement operations must be carried
out by the BT Service Centre or by personnel
specially trained and authorized by BT.
Control of the steering unit - 3-wheel version
The steering unit (D) does not require greasing
or lubrication.
Every 1000 hours
- check and if necessary adjust the wheel hub
bearings
Control of the steering unit - 4-wheel version
Every 1000 hours
- lubricate the steering wheel bearings through
the grease nipple (C)
- control the steering locks
- control and if necessary adjust wheel hub
bearings
If any abnormal wear on the wheel tread is
noticed, carry out the following controls:
- check the parallelism of the steered wheels
- check that wheel lock is the same on both
directions
5.5.2 POWER STEERING SYSTEM
SEAL CONTROL AND
CLEANING
Every 1000 hours
- check the entire system, to identify any leaks;
any intervention must be carried out without
pressure in the system
Every 5000 working hours
- replace hoses (F) connecting the power
steering unit to the steering jack
Every 10000 hours
- replace the hydraulic system tubing

Jede Änderung oder Verstellung der
Lenkeinheit und der Lenkhydraulik kann die
Be triebssicherheit des Fahrzeugs
beeinträchtigen; Reparatur-
Austauscharbeiten dürfen daher ausschließlich
vom BT-Kundendienst oder von geschultem
und von BT autorisiertem Personal
vorgenommen werden.
Kontrolle der Lenkeinheit - Dreiradausführung
Die Lenkeinheit (D) muß weder eingefettet noch
geschmiert werden.
Alle 1000 Betriebsstunden
- Die Lager der Radnaben kontrollieren und
eventuell nachstellen
Kontrolle der Lenkeinheit - Vierradausführung
Alle 1000 Betriebsstunden
- Die Gelenke der Lenkeinheit über die Nippel
(C) schmieren
- Den Einschlagwinkel kontrollieren
- Die Radnabenlager kontrollieren und ggf.
nachstellen
Bei unregelmäßiger Abnutzung
Reifenlauffläche folgende Kontrollen
vornehmen:
- Die Spur der Antriebsräder prüfen
- Prüfen, ob der Einschlagwinkel der Räder
in beiden Richtungen gleich ist
5.5.2 KONTROLLE DER DICHTHEIT
UND SAUBERKEIT DER
HYDROLENKUNG
Alle 1000 Betriebsstunden
- Die gesamte Anlage auf Dichtheit prüfen;
eventuelle Eingriffe sind bei druckloser
Anlage vorzunehmen
Alle 5000 Betriebsstunden
- die Leitungen (F) auswechseln, die die
Hydrolenkung mit dem Lenkzylinder
verbinden
Alle 10000 Betriebsstunden
- Die Leitungen der Anlage austauschen
