Si dovranno prendere precauzioni speciali
nell'inclinare il carico all'indietro, quando
si tratta di prendere carichi alti e frazionati.
Se esiste un traslatore, centrare il carico rispetto
al carrello.
A 1.5.3 STIVAGGIO DEL CARICO IN
PILA
Avvicinarsi lentamente alla pila, con il
montante inclinato indietro per stabilizzare
il carico.
Dopo aver terminato la manovra di traslazione
e quando il carrello si trova vicino alla pila e
perpendicolare ad essa, si porterà il montante
in una posizione approssimativamente verticale.
Il carico dovrà essere sollevato leggermente al
di sopra dell'altezza di stivaggio; il carrello dovrà
quindi essere avvicinato alla pila o alla scansia.
Quando il carico si troverà al di sopra della pila,
si correggerà definitivamente la sua posizione,
se necessario, poi lo si depositerà abbassando
le forche.
Assicurarsi che il carico sia posto bene sulla
pila.
Sfilare le forche indietreggiando leggermente,
abbassare le forche in posizione di riposo, inclinare
indietro il montante e allontanarsi dopo essersi
assicurati che la via sia libera.
1.5.4 PRESA DEL CARICO DA UNA

Avvicinarsi alla pila e fermare il carrello con
le estremità delle forche a circa 300 mm dalla
pila, poi portare il montante in una posizione
approssimativamente verticale.
Regolare opportunamente la larghezza delle forche
per la larghezza del carico da movimentare.
Verificare il peso del carico per assicurarsi
che sia compreso nella portata del carrello
in funzione dell'altezza di prelievo e di
deposito.

When high or split loads are being picked
up, extra care must be taken when tilting
the mast backwards.
If the truck is fitted with a sideshift device, centre
the load with respect to the forklift truck.
1.5.3 STACKING THE LOAD
Approach the stack slowly, with the mast
tilted backwards to stabilize the load.
After completing the sideshift movement and
when the truck is just in front of the stack,
move the mast into a roughly vertical position.
Lift the load to slightly above the height of
the stack; bring the truck right up to the stack
or shelf.
When the load is above the stack, make any
final corrections to its position, then lower the
forks and deposit it on the stack.
Make sure that the load is correctly placed
on the stack.
Then, after checking that everything is clear
behind the vehicle, withdraw the forks by moving
slightly backwards then lower them and tilt the
mast back before driving away.
1.5.4 PICKING UP A LOAD FROM A
STACK
Approach the stack and stop the forklift truck
when the fork ends are about 300 mm away.
Then move the mast forward to a vertical position.
Adjust the distance between the forks on the
basis of the width of the load.
Check the weight of the load to make sure
that it falls within the truck's carrying
capacity in relation to the pick-up and deposit
height.

Beim Nach-Hinten-Neigen der Last sind im
Falle von hohen und mehrteiligen Lasten
besondere Vorsichtsmaßnahmen
ergreifen.
Falls ein Seitenschieber vorgesehen ist, die Last
in bezug auf den Stapler zentrieren.
1.5.3 ABSETZEN DER LAST AUF
DEM STAPEL
Mit nach hinten geneigtem Hubgerüst zur
Stabilisierung der Last langsam auf den
Stapel zufahren.
Nachdem der Anfahrvorgang beendet ist und der
Stapler sich dicht vor dem Stapel und in senkrechter
Stellung zu diesem befindet, wird das Hubgerüst
in annähernd vertikale Stellung gebracht.
Die Last wird etwas über die Stapelhöhe gehoben;
der Stapler muß also nahe an den Stapel oder
ans Regal herangefahren sein.
Wenn sich die Last über dem Stapel befindet,
wird die Position, falls notwendig, nochmals
korrigiert und die Gabel abgesenkt, um die Last
abzusetzen.
Dabei ist darauf zu achten, daß die Last
richtig auf dem Stapel aufliegt.
Nachdem man sich vergewissert hat, daß der Weg
frei ist, entfernt sich der Stapler, wobei die Gabel
auf die Transportstellung abgesenkt und das
Hubgerüst nach hinten geneigt wird.
1.5.4 AUFNEHMEN DER LAST VOM
STAPEL
Zunächst muß man sich dem Stapel nähern und
den Stapler mit der Gabel ca. 300 mm vor dem
Stapel anhalten; dann wird das Hubgerüst in
annähernd vertikale Position gebracht.
Der Abstand der Gabel wird der Breite der zu
bewegenden Last angepaßt.
Das Gewicht der Last prüfen,
sicherzustellen, daß es in Abhängigkeit der
Entnahmehöhe und Ablagehöhe innerhalb
der Tragfähigkeit des Staplers liegt.
