1.5.0 MOVIMENTAZIONE DEL
CARICO
1.5.1 NOTE GENERALI SUI CARICHI
Dovranno essere trasportati solo carichi stabili
o disposti in piena sicurezza, tenendo conto del
tragitto da percorrere e delle condizioni del terreno.
Si dovrà avere particolare cura nel
movimentare carichi eccezionalmente
lunghi o alti, che spostano il baricentro
oltre quello assunto nella tabella delle
portate.
Movimentando carichi che non possono
essere centrati, si dovrà manovrare il carrello
con speciale prudenza.
Non si dovranno utilizzare pallet difettosi
o danneggiati.
La pavimentazione dovrà essere conforme
a quanto richiesto nel capitolo 1.1.3.
Il suolo dovrà essere esente da corpi estranei
e da oggetti che possono ostacolare le
operazioni ed influire sulla stabilità del
carrello.
1.5.2 MOVIMENTAZIONE DEL
CARICO A TERRA
Le forche vanno infilate sotto il carico quanto
più possibile, in posizione centrata e giustamente
distanziate tra loro.
Sollevare leggermente il carico, per permettere
un buon appoggio sulle forche.
Staccare il carico dall'appoggio di circa 150 mm.
Inclinare con cura all'indietro il montante per
aumentare la stabilità del carico e del mezzo.

1.5.0 MOVING THE LOAD
1.5.1 GENERAL NOTES ON LOADS
Only stable loads or safely arranged loads should
be transported, taking into account the path to
be covered and the conditions of the ground.
Special care must be taken when moving
exceptionally long or high loads, which have
a centre of gravity beyond that assumed
in the load table.
When moving loads that cannot be centred,
the forklift truck should be manoeuvred
with great caution.
Do not use faulty or damaged pallets.
The ground must satisfy the requirement
indicated in the chapter on the 1.1.3
The ground must be free of debris and objects
which could obstruct operations and
influence the stability of the truck.
1.5.2 PICKING UP A LOAD FROM
THE GROUND
Insert the forks under the load as far as possible,
in a central position and with a correct distance
between the forks.
Lift the load slightly to ensure that it is well
supported on the forks.
Then raise the load by approximately 150 mm
from the ground.
Carefully tilt the mast backwards to increase load
and vehicle stability.

LASTEN
1.5.1 ALLGEMEINE HINWEISE ZU
DEN LASTEN
Es dürfen nur stabile bzw. sicher angeordnete
Lasten unter Berücksichtigung
zurückzulegenden Strecke und der Wegverhältnisse
transportiert werden.
Bei besonders langen oder hohen Lasten,
bei denen der Schwerpunkt nicht im Bereich
der Tragfähigkeitstabellen liegt,
besondere Vorsicht geboten.
Bei der Beförderung von Lasten, die nicht
mittig angeordnet werden können, ist der
Stapler mit besonderer Vorsicht zu bedienen.
Defekte oder beschädigte Paletten dürfen
nicht verwendet werden.
Der Boden muß den Anforderungen aus dem
Kapitel 1.1.3
Am Boden dürfen keine Fremdkörper oder
Gegenstände liegen, die den Betrieb und
die Stabilität des Staplers beeinträchtigen
könnten.
1.5.2 AUFNEHMEN DER LAST VOM
BODEN
Die Gabel ist so weit als möglich, zentriert und
im richtigen Abstand unter die Last einzuführen.
Die Last etwas anheben, um die richtige Auflage
auf der Gabel zu ermöglichen.
Da Last etwa 150 mm abheben.
Das Hubgerüst vorsichtig nach hinten neigen,
um die Stabilität der Last und des Fahrzeugs zu
erhöhen.
