Prima di usare il carrello controllare:
- il corretto funzionamento del dispositivo
di chiusura delle porte della cabina
- il corretto funzionamento del dispositivo
che mantiene aperte le porte per ostacolare
la traslazione nel caso non siano
perfettamente chiuse
Barriere laterali o cancelletti
In caso di rovesciamento laterale accidentale,
anche le barriere laterali o cancelletti, articolati
alla struttura della protezione conducente, hanno
dimostrato di poter mantenere elevato il livello
di sicurezza.
Inoltre, essendo questi ultimi di dimensioni inferiori
ad una normale porta di cabina, questa soluzione
risulterà più valida e gradita perché saranno facilitate
le operazioni di salita e discesa dal mezzo.
Come nel caso precedente, per garantire la chiusura,
in marcia, delle barriere laterali, sono previsti
dispositivi che le mantengono aperte in posizione
tale da essere di ostacolo alla traslazione.

- il corretto funzionamento del dispositivo
che mantiene aperte le barriere laterali per
ostacolare la traslazione nel caso non siano
perfettamente chiuse
Riferimenti normativi
Le cabine chiuse con porte rigide e le barriere
di trattenimento sono conformi alla Direttiva
95/63/CE (recepita in Italia dal D.lgs. 359/99)
ed alle "Linee Guida adeguamento dei carrelli
elevatori in riferimento al rischio di perdita
accidentale di stabilità" - Luglio 2002.

Before using the truck check:
- correct operation of the cab doors closing
device
- correct operation of the device that holds
the doors open in order to obstruct travel
if the doors are not properly closed
Lateral barriers or gates
In the event of accidental tipping, also side barriers
or gates, mounted to the operator protective
structure with an articulation system, have proven
their ability to ensure high levels of safety.
Moreover, since the barriers or gates are smaller
than a normal cab door, this solution is particularly
appreciated because it facilitates manoeuvres of
alighting and embarkation.
As in the previous case, to ensure the lateral
barriers are kept closed while the truck is moving,
devices are installed that hold them open in such
a position as to create an obstruction when
travelling.
Before using the truck, check:
- correct operation of the lateral barriers closing
device
- correct operation of the device that holds
the lateral barriers open in order to obstruct
travel if the barriers are not properly closed
Reference to standards
Cabs closed with rigid doors and restraining barriers
comply with Directive 95/63/EC (implemented
in Italy by Decree D.lgs. 359/99) and with the
"Guidelines for adaptation of lift trucks in reference
to accidental loss of stability" - July 2002.

Vor der Inbetriebnahme des Gabelstaplers sind
folgende Punkte zu prüfen:
- Das einwandfreie Funktionieren der Schlösser
der Kabinentüren.
- Das einwandfreie Funktionieren der
Vorrichtung zur Offenhaltung der Türen,
welche das Fahren mit nicht vorschriftsgemäß
geschlossenen Türen behindert.
Bügeltüren
Bei Unfallversuchen mit seitlichem Umkippen
des Gabelstaplers hat sich gezeigt, dass auch die
am Schutzaufbau schwenkbar angeschlagenen
Bügeltüren ein sehr hohes Sicherheitsniveau
gewährleisten.
Da Bügeltüren außerdem kleiner als normale
Kabinentüren sind, wird diese technische Lösung
oft bevorzugt, denn sie erleichtert das Auf- und
Absteigen am Fahrzeug.
Wie im vorgenannten Fall sind zur Absicherung
der Geschlossenstellung bei fahrendem Gabelstapler
auch an den Bügeltüren spezielle Vorrichtungen
vorgesehen, die die Türen in einer Offenstellung
halten, welche das Fahren behindert.
Vor der Inbetriebnahme des Gabelstaplers sind
folgende Punkte zu prüfen:
- Das einwandfreie Funktionieren der Schlösser
der Bügeltüren.
- Das einwandfreie Funktionieren der
Vorrichtung zur Offenhaltung der Bügeltüren,
welche das Fahren mit nicht vorschriftsgemäß
geschlossenen Bügeltüren behindert.
Normenbezug
Die geschlossenen Fahrerkabinen und Bügeltüren
erfüllen die Vorschriften der EG-Richtlinie 95/
63/EWG (übernommen in Italien durch das Gesetz
359/99) sowie die "Leitlinien zur Anpassung von
Flurförderzeugen hinsichtlich einer Gefährdung
durch Kippunfälle" vom Juli 2002.
