2.5.2 SOLLEVAMENTO CARRELLO
PER SOSTITUZIONE DEI
CERCHI GOMMATI
Per sostituire un cerchio gommato, eseguire le
seguenti operazioni con carrello in piano.
Ruote anteriori
1) bloccare le ruote posteriori con zeppe;
2) brandeggiare indietro i montanti e porre gli
appositi spessori sotto la loro base;
3) comandare l'inclinazione in avanti.
Ruote posteriori
1) bloccare il carrello col freno di stazionamento;
2) bloccare le ruote anteriori con zeppe;
3) Inserire un sollevatore idraulico sotto il
contrappeso e sollevare.
Dopo aver sollevato il carrello montare
sempre gli spessori di sicurezza (A) sotto
il telaio prima di effettuare qualsiasi
intervento.

COPPIE DI SERRAGGIO RUOTE

Ogni 1000 ore
- controllare il serraggio dei dadi che fissano
i cerchi. Per le coppie di serraggio vedere
tabella (vedi 6.1.0).
2.5.4 ISTRUZIONI SPECIALI
GOMMATURA PNEUMATICA
Smontaggio
Prima di iniziare lo smontaggio di una ruota del
veicolo, accertarsi che la carcassa del pneumatico
od il cerchio non siano danneggiati ed in ogni
caso: SGONFIARE COMPLETAMENTE IL
PNEUMATICO, togliendo anche il corpo centrale
della valvola.
Montaggio
In fase di montaggio verificare l'integrità e la
conformità dei componenti utilizzati.
Nei cerchi ad anelli amovibili accertare, dopo
una prima breve immissione d'aria (circa
0,3-0,5 bar) e con il cerchio in posizione
orizzontale, che gli anelli siano concentrici e
ben alloggiati nelle loro sedi.

2.5.2 LIFTING THE TRUCK TO
REPLACE THE RUBBER
WHEELS
To change the rubber wheels, carry out the following
operations with the truck parked on a flat surface.
Front wheels:
1) Immobilise the rear wheels with chocks;
2) tilt the masts back and place blocks under
their base;
3) tilt masts forward.
Rear wheels
1) immobilise the truck using the parking brake;
2) Immobilise the front wheels with chocks;
3) insert an hydraulic jack under the
counterweight and raise.
Always place safety blocks (A) under the
chassis before carrying out any operations.
2.5.3 WHEEL TIGHTENING TORQUES
Every 1000 hours
- check the nuts which fix the rims.
Refer to table - (6.1.0)
2.5.4 SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR
PNEUMATIC TYRES
Dismantling
Before removing a wheel from the vehicle, make
sure that the tyre and the rim are undamaged,
and in all cases: FULLY DEFLATE THE TYRE,
also removing the central body of the valve,
to ensure that all the air is expelled safely.
Assembly
During assembly, make sure that all components
are in good condition and of the right type.
For rims with non-removable rings, inflate the
tyre slightly (about 0.3 - 0.5 bar) and, while
the rim is horizontal, check that the rings are
concentric and correctly fitted in their seats.

2.5.2 HEBEN DES STAPLERS ZUM
WECHSEL DER FELGEN UND
REIFEN
Zum Wechseln von Felgen und Reifen ist der
Stapler eben abzustellen und wie folgt vorzugehen:
Vorderräder
1) Die Hinterräder mit Unterlegkeilen
blockieren.
2) Das Hubgerüst nach hinten neigen und die
entsprechenden Abstandsstücke unterlegen.
3) Das Hubgerüst nach vorne neigen.
Hinterräder
1) Die Feststellbremse betätigen.
2) Die Vorderräder mit Unterlegkeilen
blockieren.
3) Einen hydraulischen Wagenheber unter dem
Gegengewicht ansetzen und anheben.
Immer zuerst die Abstandshalter (A) unter
dem Rahmen einsetzen, bevor mit der Arbeit
begonnen wird.
2.5.3 ANZUGSMOMENTE DER RÄDER
Alle 1000 Betriebsstunden
- Prüfen, ob die Muttern zur Befestigung der
Felgen. Für die Anzugsmomente siehe Tabelle
- (6.1.0)
2.5.4 SPEZIELLE ANLEITUNGEN FÜR
LUFTBEREIFUNG
Ausbau
Bevor ein Rad des Staplers ausgebaut wird, ist
zu prüfen, ob die Karkasse des Reifens oder die
Felge beschädigt sind. DIE LUFT VOLLSTÄNDIG
ABLASSEN. Dabei auch den Ventileinsatz
abnehmen.
Einbau
Beim Einbau ist die Vollständigkeit und
Paßgenauigkeit der verwendeten Teile zu
überprüfen.
Bei Felgen mit abnehmbaren Ringen muß der
Reifen etwas aufgepumpt werden (ca. 0,3 - 0,5
bar) und bei waagrecht liegender Felge prüfen,
ob die Ringe konzentrisch angeordnet sind und
richtig sitzen.
