Introduzione della batteria con apposita
attrezzatura provvista di ganci
- Pulire accuratamente la parte superiore della
batteria, controllare lo stato dei terminali
di collegamento e proteggere gli elementi
della batteria con un pannello di materiale
isolante (gomma, PVC, ecc...).
- Posizionare i ganci dell'apposito attrezzo
di sollevamento (D) nelle asole (B) indicate
dagli appositi simboli.
- Sollevare la batteria e posizionarla al centro
del vano sul carrello evitando urti tra la
batteria e carrello, utilizzando l'asola nella
protezione conducente.
- Abbassare la batteria.
- Attivare il dispositivo antisfilamento (A).
- Estrarre i ganci ed uscire con il dispositivo
di sollevamento dalla protezione conducente.
- Togliere il pannello di protezione isolante
e controllare la chiusura di tutti i tappi di
sfiato degli elementi.
- Richiudere il cofano batteria e ricollegare
la spina-presa.
Estrazione e introduzione della batteria con l'utilizzo
di forche
Alcuni tipi di batterie sono fornite con apposite
maniglie di sollevamento.
Dopo aver rispettato tutte le precauzioni previste
nel capitolo precedente e nel capitolo 4.2.12,
sollevato il cofano e le maniglie (F) estrarre
la batteria utilizzando le forche di un altro carrello
(vedi figura), la cui portata sia compatibile con
il peso della batteria stessa.
E' assolutamente vietato applicare catene
o ganci alle maniglie per sollevare la batteria.
Riposizionate le maniglie, assicurarsi che
esse siano integre e ben allineate e che
sia garantita la distanza minima (E) tra
la maniglia e i collegamenti sottostanti:
E = ≥ ≥ ≥ ≥ ≥ 10 mm (collegamenti isolati)
E = ≥ ≥ ≥ ≥ ≥ 30 mm (collegamenti non isolati)

equipment.
- Carefully clean the upper part of the battery,
check the state of the terminals and protect
the battery cells with a panel of insulating
material (rubber, PVC, etc.).
- Position the hooks of the lifting equipment
(D) in the slots (B) marked with the symbols.
- Lift the battery and position it in the centre
of the forklift truck compartment avoiding
any knocking between the battery and the
truck, using the ROPS slot.
- Lower the battery.
- Position the battery securing device (A) and
tighten the bolt.
- Detach the hooks and remove the lifting
equipment from the ROPS slot.
- Remove the insulation panel and check that
all the cell filling caps are closed.
- Close the battery case cover and reconnect
the lead.
Removal and introduction of the battery through
forks.
Some types of batteries are supplied with special
hoisting handles.
After complying with all the precautionary
measures described in the previous chapter and
in the chapter 4.2.12, once the cowling and the
handles (F) have been lifted, remove the battery
by the help of the forks of another truck (see
figure), whose hoisting power is compatible with
the weight of the battery.
It is absolutely forbidden to apply chains
or hooks to the handles in order to lift
the battery.
Re-position th e handles, make sure that
they are in good conditions and aligned,
and that the minimum distance (E) between
the handle and the underlying connections
is ensured:
E = ≥ ≥ ≥ ≥ ≥ 10 mm (isolated connections)
E = ≥ ≥ ≥ ≥ ≥ 30 mm (non isolated connections)

Den Einbau der Batterie mit dafür geeigneten
Vorrichtungen, die mit Haken versehen sind,
ausführen.
- Die Oberseite des Batterie sorgfältig reinigen,
den Zustand der Anschlüsse prüfen und die
Batteriezellen mit einer Isolierstoffplatte
schützen (Gummi, PVC, usw.).
- Die Haken des Hebezeugs (D) in die mit
den Symbolen gekennzeichneten Schlitze (B)
einführen.
- Die Batterie anheben und in der Mitte des
Batterieraums im Stapler anordnen, wobei
Stöße zwischen Batterie und Stapler zu
vermeiden sind; dabei verwende man die
Öffnung im Fahrerschutz.
- Die Batterie absenken.
- Die Batteriesicherung (A) richtig anordnen
und die entsprechende Schraube anziehen.
- Die Haken abziehen und das Hebezeug aus
der Öffnung im Fahrerschutz fahren.
- Die Isolierstoffplatte abnehmen und alle
Entlüftungsschrauben der Batteriezellen auf
einwandfreien Verschluß überprüfen.
- Den Batteriedeckel schließen und den
Batteriestecker wieder anschließen.
Den Ein- und Ausbau der Batterie mit Greifern
ausführen.
Einige Batteriearten sind mit geeigneten
Hebegriffen ausgestattet.
Nachdem alle vom vorhergehenden Kapitel 4.2.12
vorgesehenen Vorsichtsmassnahmen befolgt, der
Trog und die Griffe (F) angehoben wurden, die
Batterie mit Hilfe der Gabeln eines anderen Staplers
(siehe Abbildung), dessen Tragfähigkeit auf das
Gewicht derselben Batterie ausgelegt ist, ausbauen.
Es ist strengstens untersagt, Ketten oder
Haken an den Griffen anzubringen, um die
Batterie anzuheben.
Nach der erneuten Positionierung der Griffe
sicherstellen, daß diese unversehrt und gut
ausgeglichen sind und daß
Mindestabstand (E) zwischen dem Griff und
den sich darunter befindenden Anschlüssen
gewährleistet ist:
