5.3.0 GRUPPO DI
SOLLEVAMENTO
Il gruppo di sollevamento è costituito da:
- motore elettrico
- serbatoio dell'olio
- distributore
5.3.1

DISTRIBUTORE IDRAULICO

Ogni manomissione del distributore idraulico
può compromettere la sicurezza del mezzo; gli
interventi di riparazione o sostituzione devono
essere eseguiti dal Servizio di assistenza
BT o da personale debitamente addestrato
e autorizzato dalla BT.
5.3.2 FILTRO E OLIO DI
SOLLEVAMENTO
Il serbatoio olio di sollevamento è collocato sotto
la pedana.
La cartuccia filtro (D) è collocata sotto il tappo
a vite (B).
Per i controlli e il cambio dell'olio, posizionare
il carrello fermo e in piano, con i montanti
inclinati indietro e le forche abbassate.
Dopo le prime 50 ore
- primo cambio del filtro
Ogni 500 ore
- controllare il livello dell'olio nel serbatoio
mediante l'apposita asta (A)
- controllare e pulire il filtro di sfiato (C)
del serbatoio
Ogni 2000 ore
- sostituire l'olio dell'impianto e il filtro

5.3.0 LIFTING EQUIPMENT
The lifting equipment consists of:
- electric motor
- oil tank
- distributor
5.3.1 HYDRAULIC VALVE
Any tampering with the hydraulic control valve
can interfere with the safety of the vehicle.
All repair or replacement operations must be
carried out by the BT Service Centre or
by personnel specially trained and authorized
by BT.
5.3.2 LIFTING EQUIPMENT OIL
AND FILTER
The hydraulic lift oil tank is located under the
platform.
The filter cartridge (D) is beneath the screw cap
(B).
To check and change the oil, position the truck
at a standstill and on a flat surface, with the
mast tilted backwards and the forks lowered.
After the first 50 hours of work
- first filter change
Every 500 hours
- check the level of oil in the tank using the
dip-stick (A)
- check and clean the tank breather valve filter
(C)
Every 2000 hours
- replace the oil and the filter

5.3.0 HUBWERK
Das Hubgerüst besteht aus:
- Elektromotor
- Öltank
- Steuerblock
5.3.1 HYDRAULIK-STEUERBLOCK
Jede Veränderung der Einstellwerte des
Steuerblocks kann die Betriebssicherheit des
Fahrzeugs beeinträchtigen; Reparatur- oder
Austauscharbeiten dürfen vom
Kundendienst oder von geschultem und von
BT autorisiertem Personal vorgenommen
werden.
5.3.2 FILTER UND ÖL DER
HUBHYDRAULIK
Der Öltank für die Hubanlage ist unter der
Bodenplatte angeordnet.
Der Filtereinsatz (D) ist unter
Schraubverschluß (B) angeordnet.
Für die Kontrollen und den Ölwechsel, den
Stapler auf ebenem Gelände mit nach hinten
geneigtem Hubgerüst und abgesenkter Gabel
aufstellen.
Nach den ersten 50 Betriebsstunden
- Erster Filterwechsel
Alle 500 Betriebsstunden
- Den Ölstand im Tank mit Hilfe des Meßstabes
(A) prüfen
- Den Entlüftungsfilter (C) des Tanks
kontrollieren und reinigen
Alle 2000 Betriebsstunden
- Öl- und Filterwechsel
