Controllo usura del fissaggio delle forche
La faccia di appoggio orizzontale dell'aggancio
superiore (E) e la faccia di ritenuta di entrambi
gli agganci (E) ed (F), dovranno essere controllate
per verificare la presenza di usura, schiacciamenti
ed altre deformazioni locali.
(*) - AVVERTENZA
Ogni manomissione dei componenti o degli
impianti, può compromettere la sicurezza
del mezzo.
Gli interventi di riparazione o sostituzione
devono essere eseguiti dal Servizio di
assistenza BT o da personale debitamente
addestrato e autorizzato dalla BT.
2.3.4 RITIRO DELLA FORCA
DAL SERVIZIO
Ogni forca che presenti un difetto ai controlli
sopra descritti dovrà essere ritirata dal
servizio.
2.4.0 CONTROLLO
INSTALLAZIONI DI
SICUREZZA
Alla fine di ogni intervento di manutenzione
assicurarsi che tutte le installazioni di sicurezza
siano presenti e correttamente serrate.
In caso si riscontri una qualsiasi anomalia
agli organi di sicurezza (vedi 1.2.0 e 4.3.0),
NON UTILIZZARE IL CARRELLO e avvisare
i manutentori autorizzati o il Servizio
Assistenza BT.
Ogni manomissione delle installazioni di
sicurezza compromette la sicurezza del
veicolo; gli interventi di riparazione o
sostituzione devono essere eseguiti dal
Servizio di assistenza BT o da una Officina
Autorizzata BT.

Fork mounting wear control
The horizontal supporting surface of the top
hook (E) and the contact surfaces of both hooks
(E) and (F) must be checked for wear and any
damage.
(*) - WARNING
Any component or system tampering can
endanger the vehicle safety.
Any repair and replacement operation should
be performed by BT Service Department or
by personnel adequately trained and
authorised by BT.
2.3.4 WITHDRAWAL OF THE FORKS
FROM SERVICE
Any fork with defects revealed during the
above controls must be withdrawn from
service.
2.4.0 CONTROL OF SAFETY
EQUIPMENT
After every servicing, make sure that all the
safety installations are present and properly
fastened.
If any problems are detected with the safety
equipment (see 1.2.0) and (4.3.0),
DO NOT ALLOW THE TRUCK TO BE USED
and notify the authorized maintenance staff
or BT Service Centre.
Any tampering with the safety equipment
can interfere with the safety of the vehicle;
all the repair or replacement operations
must therefore be carried out by the BT
Service Centre or a workshop authorized
by BT.

Verschleißkontrolle der Gabelbefestigung
Die horizontale Auflagefläche der oberen Kupplung
(E) und die Haltefläche beider Kupplungen (E)
und (F) müssen auf Abnutzung, Quetschungen und
andere Verformungen geprüft werden.
(*) - HINWIES
Eine Veränderung der Bauteile oder der
Anlagen kann die Sicherheit des Staplers
beeinträchtigen.
Reparatur- und Austauscharbeiten dürfen
deshalb ausschließlich durch
Kundendienst der Firma BT oder durch
autorisiertes Fachpersonal ausgeführt
werden.
2.3.4 AUSSERBETRIEBNAHME DER
GABEL
Werden bei den beschriebenen Kontrollen
Mängel an der Gabel festgestellt.
2.4.0 KONTROLLE DER
SICHERHEITSEINRICHTUNGEN
Am Ende jeder Wartungsarbeit vergewissern Sie
sich, daß alle Sicherheitseinrichtungen vorhanden
und fest befestigt sind.
Werden Mängel an
Sicherheitseinrichtungen festgestellt (siehe
1.2.0) e (4.3.0), DARF DIE VERWENDUNG
DES STAPLERS NICHT GENEHMIGT
WERDEN und ist der Wartungsdienst oder
der BT-Kundendienst zu informieren.
Jede Änderung bzw. Verstellung der
Sicherheitseinrichtungen kann
Sicherheit des Staplers beeinträchtigen; die
entsprechenden Reparaturarbeiten oder der
Austausch dürfen daher ausschließlich vom
BT-Kundendienst oder von einer BT-
Vertragswerkstatt vorgenommen werden.
