SPECIFICHE DI
SICUREZZA
IMPORTANTE !!!
I componenti descritti in questo capitolo e nel
capitolo 1.2.0, sono "PARTICOLARI DI
SICUREZZA".
Prima dell'uso del carrello i conducenti e i
manutentori sono tenuti a controllare che detti
dispositivi siano PRESENTI correttamente
SERRATI e FUNZIONANTI.
In caso contrario, è VIETATO USARE IL
CARRELLO.
Avvisare il servizio di assistenza BT
4.3.1 DISPOSITIVO
ANTISFILAMENTO BATTERIA
La batteria, collocata nell'apposito vano, è provvista
di un fermo di sicurezza (C) atto ad evitare lo
sfilamento della batteria stessa in caso di
ribaltamento del carrello.
4.3.2 FINE CORSA DI SICUREZZA
DEI CARRELLINI PORTA
FORCHE
Il gruppo di sollevamento è dotato di fine corsa
meccanico di sicurezza, per evitare lo sfilamento
accidentale verso il basso del carrellino porta
forche dal montante.
I fine corsa (A) sono costituiti da due viti a brugola
o da due grani con controdado, fissati al montante.
Per smontare il carrellino porta forche svitare
preventivamente i fine corsa.
4.3.3 COLLARI DEI MARTINETTI DI
SOLLEVAMENTO MONTANTI
I conducenti dovranno assicurarsi che i collari
di ritegno (B) siano presenti e regolarmente
montati su entrambi i cilindri laterali così come
visibile nelle foto.

4.3.0 SPECIFIC SAFETY
INSTALLATIONS
IMPORTANT !!!
The components described in this chapter and
in the 1.2.0 chapter are "SAFETY
PARTICULARS".
Before using the carriage, drivers and
maintenance operators must check that all such
devices are correctly in place, tightened and
in perfect working conditions.
If this is not the case, DO NOT USE THE
FORK LIFT TRUCK.
Call BT Service Department.
4.3.1 BATTERY BLOCKING
DEVICE
Battery, located in the special compartment, is
fitted with a safety catch (C) to prevent battery
from falling aut in case of truck overturning.
4.3.2 SAFETY FORK CARRIAGE
END STOPS
The lifting unit is equipped with a mechanical
safety end stop, to avoid the accidental escape
of the fork carriage from the bottom of the mast.
The end stops (A) consists of two Allen bolts
or two set screws with locknuts, fixed to the
mast.
To remove the fork carriage, first of all unscrew
the end stops.
4.3.3 MAST LIFTING JACK
COLLARS
The truck drivers must make sure that the
collars (B) are present and correctly fitted
on both of the side cylinders as shown in the
photo.

4.3.0 SPEZIFISCHE
SICHERHEITSEINRICHTUNGEN
WICHTIG!!!
Bei den in diesem Kapitel und im Kapitel 1.2.0
beschriebenen Bauteilen handelt es sich um
"SICHERHEITSBAUTEILE".
Vor Benutzung des Staplers sind Fahrer und
Wartungspersonal angehalten, zu überprüfen,
daß besagte Vorrichtungen korrekt befestigt
und funktionstüchtig sind.
Andernfalls ist DIE BENUTZUNG DES
STAPLERS VERBOTEN.
Den Kundendienst der Firma
verständigen.
4.3.1 HERAUSFALLSCHUTZ DER
BATTERIE
Die in ihrem Fach untergebrachte Batterie ist
mit Sicherheitsvorrichtung (C) ausgestattet, die
das Herausfallen der Batterie im Falle eines
Kippens des Staplers verhindert.
4.3.2 SICHERHEITSANSCHLÄGE
DER GABELTRÄGERS
Das Hubwerk ist mit mechanischen
Sicherheitsanschlägen ausgerüstet, die verhindern,
daß der Gabelträger unbeabsichtigt aus dem unteren
Ende des Hubgerüsts austritt. Die Anschläge (A)
bestehen aus zwei Innensechskantschrauben oder
zwei Stiftschrauben mit Kontermutter, die am
Hubgerüst befestigt sind. Beim Ausbau des
Gabelträgers müssen zuerst die Anschläge entfernt
werden.
4.3.3 BUNDRINGE DER
HUBZYLINDER
Die Fahrer haben sich zu vergewisswern, daß
die Bundringe (B) eingebaut und auf beiden
Seitenzylindern richtig angeordnet sind (siehe
Abbildungen).
