1.3.3 RISCHI RESIDUI IN CASO DI
ROVESCIAMENTO
Se il carrello è utilizzato secondo quanto indicato
nel capitolo (1.1.0) (condizioni dell'ambiente,
pavimentazione ecc.), il veicolo è stabile in
tutte le condizioni di carico previste nella targhetta
delle portate.
In caso di rovesciamento del carrello non
tentare di scappare o di tuffarsi fuori dalla
protezione del conducente:
- rimanere seduti,
- tenere il volante con entrambe le mani,
- puntare i piedi sulla pedana,
- inclinarsi dalla parte opposta al
ribaltamento,
in questo modo le probabilità di non subire
danni risulteranno le massime possibili.
- Successivamente all'evento, sganciare la
cintura e abbandonare rapidamente il veicolo
dopo aver tolto la chiave di avviamento;
- Avvisare il responsabile della sicurezza interna
dello stabilimento.
Operazioni successive ad un rovesciamento
laterale
- sollevare il carrello, nel più breve tempo
possibile, utilizzando possibilmente i punti
di aggancio per il sollevamento del carrello
e/o il montante
- usare mezzi idonei e affidabili, come bracci
gru o carri ponte, assicurandosi che le catene
e i ganci utilizzati abbiano almeno le
caratteristiche indicate nel capitolo (4.4.8).
- successivamente, scollegare la batteria e
verificare che non vi siano perdite di acido;
Dopo un rovesciamento, il carrello NON
DEVE ESSERE RIMESSO IN SERVIZIO se
non successivamente ad un CONTROLLO
COMPLETO da parte del Servizio Assistenza

1.3.3 RESIDUAL RISKS OF
OVERTURNING
If the truck is used in accordance with the provisions
of the chapter (1.1.0) (environmental conditions,
flooring etc.), the vehicle will be stable under
all load conditions stated in the capacity data
plate.
If the forklift truck should tip over, do not
attempt to escape or jump out of the driver's
seat:
- remain seated
- grip the steering wheel firmly with both
hands
- brace feet firmly against the platform
- lean in the opposite direction
this will give the maximum possibility of
escaping harm.
- After overturning has occurred, release the
belt and quickly move away from the vehicle
after extracting the starter key;
- Inform the workshop safety manager.
Actions to take after lateral overturning
- lift the truck in the shortest possible time
by preferably using the hooking points for
mast and/or truck lifting
- use suitable and reliable means, such as crane
booms or bridge cranes, by making sure that
the chains or hooks used have the minimum
characteristics stated in the chapter (4.4.8).
- then disconnect the battery and check that
there are no acid fluid leaks;
After overturning has occurred, the truck
SHOULD NOT BE RESTARTED before a
COMPLETE CHECK-UP has been performed
by BT Service Department.

1.3.3 RESTRISIKO IM FALLE EINES
SEITLICHEN UMKIPPENS
Hält sich der Einsatz des Gabelstaplers im Rahmen
der im Kapitel (1.1.0) (Arbeitsumfeld, Bodenbelag
usw..) angegebenen Bedingungen, so ist das
Fahrzeug unter allen Ladebedingungen, die auf
dem Typenschild der Tragfähigkeiten angegeben
sind, stabil.
Sollte der Stapler umkippen, nicht versuchen
zu fliehen oder den Fahrerschutzbereich
zu verlassen:
- sitzen bleiben;
- das Lenkrad mit beiden Händen
festhalten;
- die Füße auf der Bodenplatte abstützen;
- sich auf die entgegengesetzte Seite der
Kipprichtung neigen
auf diese Weise wird der Fahrer mit höchster
Wahrscheinlichkeit den Unfall schadlos
überstehen.
- Nach dem Unfall den Sicherheitsgurt öffnen
und das Fahrzeug nach Abziehen des
Zündschlüssels unverzüglich verlassen;
- Den Sicherheitsbeauftragten des Werks
informieren.
Arbeitsvorgänge nach einem Unfall durch
seitliches Umkippen
- den Gabelstapler so schnell wie möglich
aufrichten und dabei soweit möglich die
Anschlagstellen zum Heben des Gabelstaplers
und/oder den Hubmast verwenden
- geeignete und zuverlässige Hubmittel wie
Kranarme oder Laufkräne verwenden und
sicherstellen, daß die verwendeten Ketten
und Haken mindestens über die im Kapitel
(4.4.8) angegebenen Eigenschaften verfügen.
- nachfolgend die Batterie abnehmen und
überprüfen, ob Säure ausgetreten ist;
Nach einem Unfall durch Umkippen darf
der Gabelstapler KEINESFALLS WIEDER IN
BETRIEB GENOMMEN WERDEN. Dies darf
erst nach einer UMFASSENDEN
KONTROLLE von Seiten des Kundendienstes
der Firma BT erfolgen.
