5.7.0 IMPIANTO ELETTRICO

5.7.1 DIAGNOSTICA TRAZIONE E
SOLLEVAMENTO
Con la chiave inserita (pos. 1), è presente un
controllo della logica, che rimane inserito fino
a spegnimento del carrello (vedi cap. 1.4.0).
Viene inoltre effettuato un controllo permanente
sulla temperatura del comando e sulla tensione
di batteria.
Durante il controllo, i messaggi di errore sono
evidenziati dal display, e possono indicare errori
recuperabili o non recuperabili.
Errori Recuperabili
1) si è premuto il pedale di marcia durante la
sequenza di avviamento. Ripetere correttamente
la sequenza.
2) si è azionata una leva del distributore / bracciolo
durante la sequenza di avviamento. Ripetere
correttamente la sequenza.
3) si sono premuti contemporaneamente i pedali
di marcia avanti e indietro (se presenti). Premere
solo un pedale.
4) si è tentato di far partire il carrello mentre
il freno di stazionamento è inserito: sbloccare
il freno e riprovare.
5) Oppure il liquido dei freni è in esaurimento:
il messaggio persiste finchè non si effettua il
riempimento dell'apposito serbatoio.
6) si è tentato di far funzionare il carrello senza
che l'operatore sia correttamente seduto sul sedile.
Prendere posizione seduta e riprovare.
Se questi messaggi persistono nonostante
l'esecuzione corretta della sequenza di
avviamento, l'errore è NON RECUPERABILE.
Errori non recuperabili
Tutti gli altri messaggi, evidenziati da un codice
alfanumerico (7).
Questi messaggi evidenziano una anomalia
dell'impianto; comunicare al Servizio
Assistenza per un eventuale intervento.

5.7.0 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
5.7.1 DRIVE AND LIFTING
DIAGNOSTICS
When the ignition key is inserted (pos. 1) there
is a logic control which remains inserted until
the truck is switched OFF (see chap. 1.4.0).
The drive control unit temperature and the battery
voltage are also constantly controlled.
During the check, the error messages are shown
on the display and may indicate recoverable or
irrecoverable errors.
Recoverable errors
1) the drive pedal was pressed during the start-
up sequence. Repeat the start-up sequence correctly.
2) a control valve / armrest lever was operated
during the start-up sequence. Repeat the start-
up sequence correctly.
3) the forward and reverse drive pedals (if present)
were pressed simultaneously. Press one pedal only.
4) the operator attempted to move off while
the parking brake was applied: release the brake
and try again.
5) Or the brake fluid is low: the message remains
until the brake fluid reservoir is topped up.
6) the operator attempted to drive the truck
without being correctly seated in the driving seat.
Sit down in the driving seat and try again.
If these messages persist even when the
start-up sequence is done correctly, the error
is NON RECOVERABLE.
Irrecoverable errors
All the other messages, indicated by an
alphanumeric code (7).
These messages indicate a problem in the
system; call your Service Centre for
assistance.

5.7.1 DIAGNOSE DES HUB- UND
FAHRWERKES
Mit dem Zündschlüssel im Zündschloß (pos. 1)
wird ein Überwachungsvorgang aktiviert, der bis
zum Ausschalten des Staplers aktiv bleibt (siehe
kap. 1.4.0). Außerdem erfolgt eine ständige
Kontrolle der Temperatur der Steuerung und der
Batteriespannung. Während der Kontrolle werden
am Display eventuelle Fehlermeldungen, die sich
auf behebbare oder nicht behebbare Störungen
beziehen können, angezeigt.
Behebbare Störungen
1) Fahrpedal während des Startvorgangs getreten.
Startfolge wiederholen.
2) Ein Hebel des Steuergeräts/der Armlehne während
des Startvorgangs betätigt. Startfolge wiederholen.
3) Pedale für Vor- und Rückwärtsfahrt (insofern
vorhanden) gleichzeitig getreten. Nur ein Pedal
treten.
4) Anfahrversuch bei gezogener Feststellbremse:
Feststellbremse lösen und erneut versuchen.
5) Oder Bremsflüssigkeitsstand gering: Die Meldung
bleibt so lange eingeblendet, bis der Vorratsbehälter
aufgefüllt wird.
6) Inbetriebnahme des Staplers ohne Fahrer auf
dem Sitz. Auf dem Sitz Platz nehmen und erneut
versuchen.
Sollten diese Meldungen auch weiterhin
angezeigt werden, obwohl der Startvorgang
korrekt ausgeführt wurde, so ist der Fehler
NICHT RÜCKSETZBAR.
Nicht behebbare Störungen
Alle anderen Meldungen werden durch einen
alphanumerischen Code (7) identifiziert.
Diese Meldungen weisen auf eine Störung
der Anlage hin, für ihre Behebung den
Kundendienst zu Rate ziehen.
