Come sostituire l'olio e il filtro:
- togliere il tappo di carico (B) del serbatoio
e il filtro, sconnettere il tubo di scarico (E)
al serbatoio olio, quindi lasciare defluire
tutto l'olio in un apposito recipiente; porsi
in posizione di avviamento e premere il pedale
freno per permettere lo scarico completo
dell'impianto
- inserire il nuovo filtro (D) dopo aver
controllato lo stato delle guarnizioni
- ricollegare il tubo di scarico ed introdurre
nuovo l'olio
- Fatte alcune prove, controllare che non vi
siano perdite nell'impianto

MONTANTI

Collari di ritegno martinetti laterali di
sollevamento
Prima di permettere l'uso del carrello è
necessario un controllo accurato per accertare
che i collari di ritegno dei martinetti esterni
di sollevamento (C) siano montati correttamente,
come indicato in fotografia.
Ogni 500 ore
- controllare che la luce (E) tra il collare e
il cilindro del martinetto esterno di
sollevamento sia compresa tra 0,5 e 3 mm
- controllare il serraggio dei
autobloccanti (D)
Nel caso vengano rilevate delle anomalie, NON
UTILIZZARE IL CARRELLO e avvisare il
Servizio Assistenza BT o il personale
autorizzato dalla BT.
Coppie di serraggio
- Dadi autobloccanti dei Collari di ritegno
0,8÷1,2 daNm
Ogni manomissione dei collari di ritegno dei
martinetti laterali di sollevamento può
compromettere la sicurezza del mezzo; gli
interventi di riparazione o sostituzione devono
essere eseguiti dal Servizio di assistenza
BT o da personale debitamente addestrato
e autorizzato dalla BT.

To change the oil and the filter:
- remove the tank cap (B) and the filter, release
the oil tank drainage pipe (E), then allow
all the oil to drain out into an appropriate
container. Move to the start position and press
the brake pedal to ensure the complete
emptying of the system
- fit a new filter (D) after checking the state
of the seals
- secure the drainage pipe again and fill with
new oil
- After testing, check that there are no oil leaks
5.3.3 MASTS
Lifting side jack collars
Before allowing use of the truck it is essential
to check that the lifting side jack collars (C)
are properly assembled, as shown on the photo.
Every 500 hours
- check that there is a clearance (E) of 0.5
to 3 mm between the collar and the external
lifting jack cylinder
dadi - check that the self-locking nuts (D) are tight
If any problems are found, DO NOT USE THE
TRUCK and notify the BT Service Centre
or the personnel authorized by BT.
Locking torques:
- collar self-locking nuts 0.8-1.2 daNm
Any tampering with the lifting jack side collars
can interfere with the safety of the vehicle.
All repair or replacement operations must be
carried out by the BT Service Centre or
by personnel specially trained and authorized
by BT.

Anleitungen für den Öl- und Filterwechsel
- Den Einfüllverschluß (B) des Tanks und den
Filter abnehmen, den Ablaßschlauch (E) vom
Öltank abnehmen, dann das gesamte Öl in
einen entsprechenden Behälter ablassen; in
der Startstellung das Bremspedal betätigen,
um die Anlage vollständig zu entleeren
- Den neuen Filter (D) einsetzen, nachdem
der Zustand der Dichtungen überprüft wurde
- Den Ablaßschlauch wieder anschließen und
frisches Öl einfüllen
- Nach einigen Hubversuchen prüfen, ob die
Anlage dicht ist
5.3.3 HUBGERÜST
Bundringe der seitlichen Hubzylinder
Vor dem Betrieb des Staplers ist eine
aufmerksame Kontrolle erforderlich; dabei ist
zu prüfen, ob die Bundringe der äußeren
Hubzylinder (C) richtig montiert sind (siehe
Abbildung).
Alle 500 Betriebsstunden
- Prüfen, ob das Spiel (E) zwischen Bundring
und Oberfläche des äußeren Hubzylinders
zwischen 0,5 und 3 mm liegt
- Prüfen, ob die selbstsichernden Muttern (D)
richtig angezogen sind
Werden Störungen oder Fehlfunktionen festgestellt,
so DARF DER STAPLER NICHT WEITER
BETRIEBEN werden; in diesem Fall ist der BT-
Kundendienst oder das von BT autorisierte
Personal zu verständigen.
Anzugsmomente:
- Selbstsichernde Muttern der Bundringe 0,8-
1,2 daNm
Jede Änderung oder Verstellung der Bundringe
der seitlichen Hubzylinder kann die Betr
iebssicherheit des Fahrzeugs beeinträchtigen;
Reparatur- und Austauscharbeiten dürfen
daher ausschließlich vom BT-Kundendienst
oder von geschultem und von
autorisiertem Personal vorgenommen
werden.
