Per le operazioni di ricarica,
funzionamento e installazione del carica
batterie, riferirsi alle note di uso e
manutenzione fornite dal costruttore del
carica batterie stesso.
1.7.3 SOSTITUZIONE DELLA
BATTERIA
L'estrazione e l'introduzione della batteria
devono essere eseguite con particolare
cautela, utilizzando solo attrezzature di
sollevamento specifiche.
Manovre poco accorte possono causare corto
circuiti sugli elementi della batteria, incidenti
durante il sollevamento e la movimentazione
con danni alla batteria ed al carrello stesso.
Il vano batteria è dotato di dispositivi (A),
con il compito di evitare lo sfilamento della
batteria stessa in caso di ribaltamento.
Assicurarsi del corretto posizionamento e
serraggio dei dispositivi dopo le operazioni
di cambio della batteria.
Prima di estrarre la batteria seguire tutte le
indicazioni riportate nel capitolo 4.2.12
Estrazione della batteria con apposita attrezzatura
provvista di ganci
- Proteggere gli elementi della batteria con
un pannello isolante (gomma, PVC, ecc...).
- Togliere il dispositivo antisfilamento batteria
(A).
- Posizionare l'apposito attrezzo (D) di
sollevamento in corrispondenza del centro
della batteria utilizzando l'apposita asola nella
protezione conducente.
- Posizionare i ganci nelle asole (B) indicate
dagli appositi simboli e sollevare lentamente
la batteria del minimo necessario per estrarla
dal vano; spostarla progressivamente verso
l'esterno della protezione conducente
evitando oscillazioni del carico sospeso.
- Depositare la batteria possibilmente su un
pallet ed estrarre i ganci di sollevamento.

1.7.3 BATTERY REPLACEMENT
The battery must be remov ed and introduced
with great care and using only the specific
hoisting equipment.
Unwary manoeuvres may cause short circuits on
the battery elements and accidents during lifting
and handling operations, which will damage both
the battery and the fork lift truck.
The battery compartment is fitted with a
device (A), which is designed to prevent the
battery from falling out in the event of tipping
over. Make sure that this device is correctly
positioned and tightened after battery change
operations.
Before removing the battery, follow all the
instructions given in the chapter 4.2.12.
Battery removal with the special hooking
equipment.
- Protect the battery cells with a panel of
insulating material (rubber, PVC, etc.).
- Disengage the battery antiremoval device
(A).
- Position the lifting equipment (D) over the
centre of the battery using the appropriate
slot in the ROPS.
- Position the hooks in the slots (B) marked
with the symbols and slowly lift the battery
just enough to extract it from its compartment;
then move it gradually towards the outside
of the ROPS slot, taking care to avoid swinging
of the load.
- Deposit the battery on a pallet if possible
and extract the lifting hooks.

Batterieladegerätes sind der Betriebs- und
charger Wartungsanleitung des
Herstellers zu entnehmen.
1.7.3 WECHSEL DER BATTERIE
Der Ein- und Ausbau der Batterie muss
besonders vorsichtig ausgeführt werden und
darf nur mit spezifischen Hebevorrichtungen
erfolgen.
Unvorsichtige Manöver können zu Kurzschlüssen
an den Batterieelementen und zu Unfällen während
des Hebe- und Bewegungsvorgangs mit Schäden
an der Batterie und am Stapler selbst führen.
Der Batterieraum ist mit einer Vorrichtung
(A) ausgestattet, und das Herausfallen der
Batterie beim Umkippen des Staplers
verhindert. Nach dem Batteriewechsel
sicherstellen, daß diese Vorrichtung richtig
eingebaut und gesichert ist.
Bevor mit dem Ausbau der Batterie begonnen
wird, alle an Kapitel 4.2.12 beschriebenen
Anweisungen befolgen.
Den Batterieausbau mit dafür geeigneten
Vorrichtungen, die mit Haken versehen sind,
ausführen.
- Die Batteriezellen mit einer Isolierstoffplatte
abdecken (Gummi, PVC, usw.).
- Die Feststellenvorrichtung gegen das
Herausfallen der Batterie lösen (A).
- Das entsprechende Hebezeug (D) in der Mitte
der Batterie anordnen und dabei den
entsprechenden Öffnung im Fahrerschutz
verwenden.
- Die Haken in die Schlitze (B) einsetzen (siehe
entsprechende Symbole) und die Batterie
langsam soweit anheben, daß sie aus dem
Raum entnommen werden kann; die Batterie
dann langsam gegen die Außenseite des Öffnung
des Fahrerschutzes verfahren, wobei
Schwingungen der gehobenen Last vermieden
werden müssen.
- Die Batterie möglichst auf einer Palette
absetzen und die Hubhaken abziehen.
