Controlli ordinari dei pneumatici
Per garantire l'affidabilità e l'adeguata sicurezza
del carrello, previsti in fase di progetto, è
indispensabile un costante controllo dei pneumatici.
Ogni 50 ore
- controllare lo stato di usura dei pneumatici
- controllare la pressione di gonfiaggio
pneumatici. Per le pressioni standard vedere
tabella - (vedi 4.4.3)
Ogni 1000 ore
- controllare lo stato dei cerchi
Controllando la pressione dei pneumatici
stare davanti o dietro le gomme, mai di
fianco; se ciò non è possibile stare lontano
dalle gomme, usando un manometro dotato
di opportuna prolunga.
2.6.0 MANUTENZIONI
PARTICOLARI
2.6.1 STIVAGGIO DEL CARRELLO
Nel caso di lungo periodo di inattività del carrello
o di stivaggio, è necessario eseguire le seguenti
operazioni:
- ripararlo in luogo asciutto ed arieggiato
- eseguire una pulizia generale del carrello
- asportare la chiave di contatto
- staccare la spina di alimentazione ed isolare
i poli
- controllare il serraggio di tutte le viti
- pulizia del filtro impianto idraulico
- proteggere con appositi prodotti antiossidanti
i contatti
- ingrassare le superfici non protette da vernice,
le piste di scorrimento e le catene
- caricare, secondo le istruzioni della casa
costruttrice, almeno ogni mese, la batteria
- se il carrello è dotato di pneumatici,
controllarne la pressione una volta al mese
- evitare di coprirlo con teli di plastica in
quanto ciò darebbe luogo a dannose condense

Ordinary pneumatic tyre controls
To guarantee truck reliability and the safety margin
envisaged during the design stage, it is essential
to check the pneumatic tyres constantly.
Every 50 hours
- check the pneumatic tyres for wear
- check the pressure of pneumatic tyres. For
the standard pressures refer to table - (see
4.4.3)
Every 1000 hours
- check the state of the rims
When checking tyre pressure stand in front
or behind the tyres, never at the side. If
this is not possible distanche yourself from
the tyres and use a gauce fitted with a suitable
extension.
2.6.0 SPECIAL
MAINTENANCE
OPERATIONS
2.6.1 STORING THE TRUCK
In the event of long periods of truck inactivity
or for storage purposes, it is necessary to carry
out the following operations:
- store it in a dry and airy place;
- clean the entire truck
- remove the ignition key
- disconnect the battery and isolate the poles
- check that all the screws are tight
- clean the filter in the hydraulic system
- protect the contacts and contactors with
special antioxidant products
- grease the surfaces not protected by paint,
the races and the chains
- every month recharge the battery following
the manufacturer's instructions
- if the truck is fitted with pneumatic tyres,
check their pressure once a month
- do not cover the truck with a plastic sheet
as this would create damaging condensate

Regelmäßige Kontrolle der Reifen
Um die bei der Konstruktion vorgesehene
Zuverlässigkeit und die Sicherheit des Staplers
zu gewährleisten, ist eine regelmäßige Kontrolle
der Reifen erforderlich.
Alle 50 Betriebsstunden
- Reifen auf Abnutzung prüfen.
- Luftdruck der Reifen prüfen. Für die
Standarddruckwerte siehe Tabelle - (siehe
4.4.3)
Alle 1000 Betriebsstunden
- Den Zustand der Felgen prüfen
Stellen Sie sich immer vor oder hinter den
Reifen, wenn Sie den Reifenluftdruck
kontrollieren, niemals seitlich. Wenn das
nicht möglich ist, halten Sie Abstand von
den Reifen und benutzen Sie eibn Messgerä
mit angemessener Verlängerung.
2.6.0 SPEZIELLE
WARTUNGSARBEITEN
2.6.1 LAGERUNG DES STAPLERS
Wird der Stapler für längere Zeit stillgelegt oder
gelagert, so sind folgende Maßnahmen zu beachten:
- In einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Raum
unterbringen
- Eine allgemeine Reinigung des Staplers
vornehmen
- Den Zündschlüssel abziehen
- Die Batteriekabel abklemmen und die Pole
isolieren
- Prüfen, ob alle Schrauben richtig angezogen
sind
- Den Filter der Hydraulikanlage reinigen
- Die elektrischen Kontakte mit einem
geeigneten Rostschutzmittel behandeln
- Die nicht mit Lack geschützten Flächen,
Gleitbahnen und Ketten einfetten
- Die Batterie mindestens einmal im Monat
nach den Anleitungen des Herstellers aufladen
- Ist der Stapler mit Luftbereifung ausgestattet,
den Reifendruck einmal monatlich überprüfen
- Der Stapler darf nicht mit Kunststoffplanen
zugedeckt werden, da sich dadurch schädliches
Kondensat bilden würde
