CONTROLLO DELLE SICURE

Ogni 500 ore
o dopo qualsiasi intervento di manutenzione
sull'apparecchiatura o sull'impianto elettrico,
controllare l'efficienza del circuito di sicura
dell'unità logica, simulando gli errori sotto elencati.
I controlli devono essere effettuati con le ruote
motrici sollevate da terra (vedi 2.5.2).
Sicura di chiave.
Carrello con inversore manuale:
- con carrello spento, preselezionare una
direzione di marcia e mantenere leggermente
premuto il pedale acceleratore
- azionare l'interruttore a chiave
- verificare che a display appaia il segnale
di errore (1)
Carrello con inversore a pedale o pedaliera
basculante:
- con carrello spento, mantenere leggermente
premuto leggermente un pedale di marcia
- azionare l'interruttore a chiave
- verificare che a display appaia il segnale
di errore (2)
- ripetere l'operazione per l'altro pedale di
marcia
In entrambi i casi, le ruote non devono
muoversi.
- Rilasciare l'acceleratore e rimettere in neutro
la selezione di marcia o rilasciare il pedale
di marcia
Dopo 1-1,5 sec. il funzionamento del carrello
deve ritornare regolare.

5.7.2 CONTROL OF SAFETY
CIRCUITS
Every 500 hours
or after any maintenance operations on the
equipment or on the electrical system, check the
efficiency of the logic unit safety circuit by
simulating the safety devices below.
The operations must be carried out with the
drive wheels raised off the ground
(see 2.5.2).
Ignition key safety circuit
Truck with manual drive inversion:
- with the truck turned OFF, select a drive
direction and press the accelerator gently,
keep the accelerator pedal down
- turn the ignition key ON
- check that the error signal (1) appears on
the display
Truck with pedal drive inversion or swaying
pedal system
- with the truck turned OFF, select a drive
direction by pressing the relative pedal gently
and hold it down
- turn the ignition key ON
- check that the error message (2) appears
on the display
- repeat the operation for the other drive pedal
In both cases, the wheels should not move.
- Release the accelerator and return the drive
selector to neutral or release the drive pedal
After 1-1.5 seconds, the truck functioning should
become regular.

5.7.2 KONTROLLE DER
SICHERUNGSKREISE
Alle 500 Betriebsstunden
oder nach jedem Wartungseingriff am Gerät oder
an der Elektrik, die Leistungsfähigkeit der
Sicherheitsschaltung der Logikeinheit
kontrollieren, indem die folgenden
Sicherheitskreise simuliert werden.
Diese Kontrollen sind mit vom Boden
angehobenen Antriebsrädern vorzunehmen
(siehe 2.5.2).
Schlüsselsicherung
Stapler mit manueller Fahrtrichtungsum-kehr:
- Bei ausgeschaltetem Stapler
Fahrtrichtung anwählen und das Gaspedal
etwas drücken und gedrückt halten
- Den Schlüsselschalter betätigen
- Prüfen, ob am Display das Störungssignal
(1) eingeblendet ist.
Stapler mit Pedal-Wendeschaltung oder
schwingender Pedalerie:
- Bei ausgeschaltetem Stapler
Fahrtrichtung anwählen und das Gaspedal
etwas drücken und gedrückt halten
- Den Schlüsselschalter betätigen
- Prüfen, ob am Display das Störungssignal
(2) eingeblendet ist.
- Den Vorgang für das andere
Fahrtrichtungspedal wiederholen.
In beiden Fällen dürfen sich die Räder nicht
bewegen.
- Das Gaspedal loslassen,
Fahrtrichtungshebel in die Leerlaufstellung
legen oder das Fahrpedal loslassen
Nach 1-1,5 Sekunden muß der Stapler wieder
normal funktionieren.
