2.1.0 AVVERTENZE
GENERALI
La manutenzione, la regolazione, la
riparazione e il controllo dei carrelli devono
essere eseguite esclusivamente da personale
specializzato e autorizzato.
Per la completezza della manutenzione è
necessario leggere il capitolo (5.0.0) specifico
del modello utilizzato.
È obbligatorio il rispetto dei tempi di
manutenzione indicati nel cap. (7.0.0).
Livelli di qualifica per la manutenzione
OPERATORI CARRELLISTI
Se non espressamente autorizzati, non possono
eseguire nessuna manutenzione.
MANUTENTORI ORDINARI
Non specializzati o addestrati per la manutenzione
e riparazione di carrelli elevatori a forche frontali;
potranno eseguire tutti i controlli e le normali
manutenzioni indicate in questo manuale, salvo
le operazioni dove è richiesto l'intervento di
personale maggiormente specializzato.
MANUTENTORI SPECIALIZZATI
Autorizzati dalla BT
Potranno eseguire tutte le manutenzioni,
regolazioni, riparazioni e sostituzioni, per le quali
avranno ricevuto l'autorizzazione, dopo un
adeguato addestramento.
SERVIZIO ASSISTENZA BT e OFFICINE
AUTORIZZATE BT
A richiesta dell'utente, potrà intervenire su qualsiasi
problema si presentasse al carrello, in particolare,
è l'unico Ente Autorizzato alla riparazione e
sostituzione di parti di sicurezza del carrello e
alla revisione periodica dell'efficienza e rispondenza
del carrello alle specifiche costruttive.
Gli addetti alla manutenzione devono rispettare
con scrupolosità e cura le varie disposizioni di
sicurezza e di protezione previsti dalle normative
per la prevenzione degli infortuni (vedi 1.1.2).

COMMON PARTS
2.1.0 GENERAL
RECOMMENDATIONS
All maintenance, adjustments, repairs and
controls on the forklift trucks must be carried
out by specialized, authorized personnel.
For complete maintenance instructions it
is necessary to refer to the specific chapter
(5.0.0) for the model used.
The maintenance schedules indicated in the
chapter (7.0.0) must be strictly observed.
Maintenance staff qualification levels
FORKLIFT TRUCK OPERATORS
unless expressly authorized, may not carry out
any maintenance operations;
ORDINARY MAINTENANCE STAFF
Ordinary staff not trained for the maintenance
and repair of front pick-up forklift trucks; can
carry out all the controls and the normal
maintenance operations indicated in this manual,
except for those operations requiring the
intervention of specialized personnel.
SPECIALIZED MAINTENANCE STAFF
Authorized by BT
Can deal with all maintenance, adjustments, repairs
and replacements for which they have been
authorized, after adequate training.
BT SERVICE CENTRE and OFFICIAL BT
WORKSHOPS
On request, can deal with any problem arising
with the forklift truck; in particular it is the
only body authorized to repair and replace the
safety equipment on the truck and carry out
the periodic servicing operations to ensure that
the truck is in full working order.
Maintenance personnel must scrupulously observe
the various safety procedures laid down in the
accident prevention regulations (see 1.1.2).

2.1.0 ALLGEMEINE HINWEISE
Die Wartungs-, Einstell-
Instandsetzungsarbeiten, sowie die Kontrolle
der Stapler dürfen ausschließlich von
befugtem und autorisiertem Personal
durchgeführt werden. Für die umfassende
Kenntnis der erforderlichen
Wartungsarbeiten ist das Kapitel (5.0.0) für
den jeweiligen Staplertyp aufmerksam
durchzulesen. Die Wartungsintervalle nach
Kapitel (7.0.0) sind unbedingt einzuhalten.
Qualifikation für die Wartung
STAPLERFAHRER
Sind ohne ausdrückliche Genehmigung nicht zu
Wartungseingriffen befugt.
NORMALES WARTUNGSPERSONAL
Ohne besondere Ausbildung oder Schulung für die
Wartung und Reparatur von Gabelstaplern mit
Frontgabel; kann alle Kontrollen und die normalen,
in diesem Handbuch beschriebenen
Wartungsarbeiten ausführen, mit Ausnahme der
Arbeiten, die dem Wartungsfachpersonal
vorbehalten sind.
Von BT ERMÄCHTIGTES
WARTUNGSFACHPERSONAL
ist nach einer entsprechenden Schulung befugt,
alle Wartungsarbeiten, Einstellungen, Reparaturen
und Austauscharbeiten durchzuführen, zu denen
es ermächtigt wurde.
BT-KUNDENDIENST und
VERTRAGSWERKSTÄTTEN
Nehmen auf Anfrage des Kunden alle
Reparaturarbeiten an den Staplern vor; sind die
einzigen Stellen, die die Reparatur und den Austausch
von Sicherheitsteilen des Staplers, die periodische
Überholung übernehmen und für
Übereinstimmung des Staplers mit den
Spezifikationen des Herstellers zuständig sind.
Das Wartungspersonal hat sich an die
verschiedenen Sicherheitsauflagen
Schutzvorschriften nach den einschlägigen
Unfallverhütungsvorschriften zu halten (siehe
1.1.2).
