PRIMA DELL'USO

Prima di utilizzare il carrello bisognerà
verificarne lo stato, i conducenti e i
manutentori sono tenuti a ispezionare con
attenzione:
PRIMA DI AVVIARE IL CARRELLO
1 Organi di sicurezza e protezione
È indispensabile il controllo della
presenza, efficienza e buono stato di
tutti gli organi di sicurezza e protezione,
presenti sul veicolo (vedi 1.2.0).
Nel caso in cui la verifica risulti negativa,
NON USARE IL VEICOLO e avvisare
i responsabili della manutenzione.
2 La gommatura
verificare che lo stato e l'usura delle gomme
sia idoneo all'uso.
Per la gommatura pneumatica verificare che
la pressione sia quella richiesta.
3 La pedaliera
controllare che tutti i pedali ritornino nella
posizione di riposo, dopo essere stati premuti.
4 Il gruppo di sollevamento
controllare lo stato delle griglie di protezione,
dei collari dei martinetti di sollevamento
e dei montanti.
5 I mezzi di presa del carico
controllare lo stato delle forche o
dell'attrezzatura presente.
Controllare che i perni di bloccaggio delle
forche siano chiusi e correttamente
posizionati.
6 Le catene e tubazioni
Controllare lo stato delle catene e delle
tubazioni dell'impianto idraulico di
sollevamento. Verificare che non vi siano
perdite d'olio dalle tubazioni.

1.3.4 BEFORE USE
Before using the forklift truck it is necessary
to check its condition. The drivers and
maintenance staff should carefully inspect:

TRUCK
1 Safety and protection devices
It is essential to check the presence,
efficiency and good condition of all the
safety and protection devices on the
machine (see 1.2.0).
If any problems are detected, DO NOT
USE THE VEHICLE and notify the
maintenance staff.
2 Tyres
Check that the state and condition of the
tyres is suitable for use.
With pneumatic tyres, check that the pressures
are correct.
3 Pedals
Check that all the pedals return to the rest
position after being pressed.
4 The lifting unit
Check the state of the safety grills, the
lifting jack collars, and the masts.
5 Lifting equipment
Check the state of the forks or the equipment
fitted.
Check that the fork blocking pins are closed
and correctly positioned.
6 Chains and tubing
Check the state of the chains and the hydraulic
lifting equipment tubing.
Check that there are no leaks from the
oil tubing.

1.3.4 VOR DEM BETRIEB
Vor dem Betrieb des Staplers ist dessen
Zustand eingehend zu prüfen; die Fahrer
und das Wartungspersonal haben folgende
Bereiche eingehend zu prüfen:
VOR DER INBETRIEBNAHME DES
STAPLERS
1 Sicherheits- und Schutzeinrichtungen
Kontrolle auf Anordnung,
Funktionstüchtigkeit
einwandfreien Zustand
Sicherheits- und Schutzeinrichtungen
auf dem Fahrzeug (siehe 1.2.0). Werden
Mängel festgestellt, so DARF DER
STAPLER NICHT VERWENDET werden;
in diesem Fall sind die Verantwortlichen
für die Wartung zu verständigen.
2 Bereifung
Prüfen, ob der Zustand und die Abnutzung
der Reifen den sicheren Einsatz des Staplers
zulassen.
Im Falle von Luftbereifung, prüfen, ob der
Druck den geforderten Werten entspricht.
3 Pedalerie
Prüfen, ob alle Pedale nach deren Betätigung
wieder in die Ausgangsposition zurückkehren.
4 Hubwerk
Den Zustand der Schutzgitter, der Bundringe
der Hubzylinder und des Hubgerüstes
überprüfen.
5 Lastaufnahmeeinrichtungen
Den Zustand der Gabel bzw. der vorhandenen
Anbaugeräte überprüfen.
Prüfen, ob die Sicherungsstifte der Gabel
arretiert und richtig angeordnet sind.
6 Ketten und Leitungen
Den Zustand der Ketten und Leitungen der
Hubhydraulik überprüfen.
Die Ölleitungen auf Dichtheit prüfen.
