Non eccedere con il rabbocco per evitare che,
durante la fase di ricarica, la soluzione acqua/acido
possa fuoriuscire dagli elementi; non causare
fuoriuscite di elettrolito durante il rabbocco.
La stessa operazione è bene ripeterla dopo la
ricarica, se necessario.
Per quanto riguarda la ricarica riferirsi al manuale
del costruttore della batteria e al manuale d'uso
del caricabatteria entro contenuto.
Evitare che la temperatura dell'elettrolito superi
i 45°C.
2.7.2 SPINA PRESA
La spina presa di connessione della batteria, non
necessita di manutenzioni.
Per la sostituzione è obbligatorio rispettare
quanto segue:
- per sostituire un connettore, utilizzare
il ricambio originale BT
- i contatti di un connettore dovranno
essere sostituiti in coppia
- In caso di sostituzione della spina/presa
rimontare i cavi rispettando le polarità
riportate sulla spina stessa
Per collegare la batteria ad un caricabatteria, è
indispensabile accertarsi che il connettore di
quest'ultimo, sia dello stesso tipo e marca di quello
montato sul carrello.
2.7.3 MANUTENZIONI ELETTRICHE
VARIE
Ogni 1000 ore
- controllare le connessioni dei vari pulsanti
e il loro perfetto funzionamento
- controllare il funzionamento e il corretto
posizionamento dei microinterruttori posti
sui pedali e sul distributore
- ispezionare i cablaggi e i vari collegamenti,
in particolare il corretto serraggio dei capicorda
e l'integrità dell'isolamento dei cavi

Never fill too much otherwise the water/acid
solution may spill out of the cells during the
recharging stage; be careful not to spill any
electrolyte during topping up.
The same operation should be repeated, if
necessary, after recharging.
For recharging, refer to the battery manufacturer's
manual and the battery-charger instructions manual
included.
The electrolyte temperature should not exceed
45°C.
2.7.2

BATTERY CONNECTOR

The battery connector does not require any
maintenance.
To replace, proceed as follows:
- to replace the connector, use the BT
original spare part
- the connector contacts must always be
replaced in pairs
- if the battery connector needs replacing,
the leads should be refitted with the
same polarity indicated on the connector
To connect the battery to a battery-charger,
the connector on the latter must be of the same
type and brand as that on the forklift truck.
2.7.3 VARIOUS ELECTRICAL
MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS
Every 1000 hours
- check the connections of the various
pushbuttons and their correct functioning
- check the functioning and the correct
positioning of the microswitches on the pedals
and the control valve
- inspect the wiring and the various connections,
especially that the terminal connectors are
tight and the lead insulations undamaged

Mäßig nachfüllen, damit die Wasser-/Säurelösung
beim späteren Aufladen nicht aus den Zellen austritt;
beim Nachfüllen ist darauf zu achten, daß die
Batterieflüssigkeit nicht überläuft.
Falls erforderlich, ist die Batterie auch nach dem
Aufladen nochmals aufzufüllen.
Für das Nachladen, siehe das Handbuch des
Batterieherstellers mit dem entsprechenden
Abschnitt der Anleitungen für das Ladegerät.
Es ist außerdem zu vermeiden, daß die Temperatur
der Batterieflüssigkeit 45°C übersteigt.
2.7.2 BATTERIESTECKER
Der Batteriestecker ist wartungsfrei.
Beim Batteriewechsel sind folgende
Hinweise zu beachten:
- Beim Austausch eines Steckers dürfen
ausschließlich BT-Orioginalersatzteile
verwendet werden
- Die Steckerkontakte sind paarweise
auszutauschen
- Beim Austausch des Batteriesteckers
ist auf die korrekte Polung der Leiter
zu achten
Beim Anschluß der Batterie an ein Ladegerät
muß der Steckanschluß des letzteren vom selben
Typ und Modell sein, wie jener auf dem Stapler.
2.7.3 DIVERSE WARTUNGSARBEITEN
AN DER ELEKTRIK
Alle 1000 Betriebsstunden
- Den Anschluß der verschiedenen Tasten und
deren einwandfreie Funktion prüfen
- Mikroschalter an den Pedalen und am
Steuerblock auf einwandfreie Funktion und
korrekte Anordnung prüfen
- Die Verdrahtung und die Anschlüsse prüfen,
speziell die Klemmverbindungen und die
einwandfreie Isolierung der Kabel
