4.2.17 PUNTI DI AGGANCIO PER IL
SOLLEVAMENTO DEL
CARRELLO
I punti di aggancio sono indicati sul carrello con
il simbolo riportato di lato (vedere figura).
È importante ricordare che la lunghezza delle
cinghie deve permettere di sollevare il carrello
in posizione orizzontale, con angoli di tiro (ß) ≤ ≤ ≤ ≤ ≤ 45°
rispetto alla verticale di sollevamento.
Far allontanare il personale nella zona
circostante il carrello, prima di effettuare
l'operazione di sollevamento.
Per eventuali operazioni di manutenzione con
carrello sollevato, è obbligatorio posare il veicolo
su opportuni sostegni, adatti al peso complessivo
del veicolo, mantenendo le cinghie in tensione.
CARRELLO CON PROTEZIONE
CONDUCENTE
Per il sollevamento dei carrelli, è obbligatorio
utilizzare le seguenti attrezzature:
- N° 2 cinghie (A): secondo normativa DIN
B2N- UNI 9531 lunghezza minima 9m portata
2800 kg.
CARRELLO CON CABINA
Per il sollevamento del carrello con cabina è
obbligatorio usare le seguenti attrezzature:
- N° 2 cinghie (A): secondo normativa DIN
B2N- UNI 9531 lunghezza minima 9m portata
2800 kg.
- N° 2 staffe superiori (B) di contenimento
cinghia.
Prevedere nei punti di contatto angolare della
cinghia un sistema di protezione.

4.2.16 HOOK ATTACHMENT POINTS
FOR LIFTING THE TRUCK
The hooking points are shown on the carriage
with the symbol shown on the side (see figure).
It is important to remember that the chain
(slings) length must be sufficient to lift the
truck in a horizontal position, with the lifting
angles (ß) ≤ ≤ ≤ ≤ ≤ 45° with respect to the vertical
lifting line.
Make sure that there are no personnel in the
vicinity of the truck, before carrying out the
lifting operation.
If any maintenance operations need to be
performed on the truck in a raised position,
the vehicle must be rested on appropriate
supports, sufficient to bear the overall weight
of the vehicle, keeping the chain (slings) taut.
TRUCK WITH OVERHEAD GUARD
The following equipment must be used to lift
the forklift truck without cabin:
- N° 2 slings (A): in accordance with DIN
B2N -UNI 9531, minimum length 9 m and
capacity of 2800 kg.
FORKLIFT TRUCK WITH CABIN
The following equipment must be used to lift
the forklift truck with cabin:
- N° 2 slings (A): in accordance with DIN
B2N -UNI 9531, minimum length 9 m and
capacity of 2800 kg.
- N° 2 upper brackets (B) to hold the chains.
Ensure that the sling is protected where it comes
into contact with edges.

4.2.16 ANSCHLAGSTELLEN ZUM
HEBEN DES
GABELSTAPLERS
Die Anschlagstellen sind durch das an der Seite
aufgeführte Symbol (siehe Abbildung) auf dem
Stapler gekennzeichnet.
Die Kettenlänge (Riemen) muß das Anheben
des Staplers in horizontaler Lage, mit einem
Hubwinkel (ß) ≤ ≤ ≤ ≤ ≤ 45° in bezug auf die Vertikale
ermöglichen.
Vor dem Heben muß sich das Personal aus
der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Staplers
entfernen.
Für eventuelle Wartungsarbeiten mit
angehobenem Stapler muß das Fahrzeug auf
geeigneten und entsprechend bemessenen
Stützen abgesenkt werden, wobei die Ketten
(Riemen) gespannt bleiben müssen.
STAPLER MIT FAHARERSCHUTZDACH
Zum Heben des Staplers müssen folgende
Vorrichtungen verwendet werden:
- N° 2 Riemen gemäß (A) DIN B2N - UNI
9531, Mindestlänge 9 m, Tragfähigkeit 2800
kg.
STAPLER MIT KABINE
Zum Heben des Staplers mit Kabine müssen
folgende Vorrichtungen verwendet werden:
- N° 2 Riemen gemäß (A) DIN B2N - UNI
9531, Mindestlänge 9 m, Tragfähigkeit
2800 kg.
- N° 2 Kettenführungsbügel oben (B).
An den Eckberührungspunkten der Riemen einen
Schutz vorsehen.
