5.4.0 CONTROLLO
INSTALLAZIONI
SPECIFICHE DI
SICUREZZA
Alla fine di ogni intervento di manutenzione
assicurarsi che tutte le installazioni di sicurezza
siano presenti, funzionanti e correttamente serrate.
In caso si riscontri una qualsiasi anomalia agli
organi di sicurezza (vedi cap. 1.2.0 e 4.3.0),
NON USARE IL CARRELLO e avvisare i
manutentori autorizzati o il Servizio
Assistenza BT.
Ogni manomissione delle installazioni di
sicurezza compromette la sicurezza del mezzo;
gli interventi di riparazione o sostituzione
devono essere eseguiti dal Servizio di
assistenza BT o da una Officina Autorizzata
BT.

5.5.0 GRUPPO STERZO

5.5.1 COMANDO STERZO
Lo sterzo idraulico utilizza l'olio del sollevamento tramite
una valvola prioritaria. L'idroguida (A), posta sul piantone
dello sterzo, trasmette il comando ai martinetti di
sterzo nella versione tre ruote (B) e quattro ruote
(C).
Notando difficoltà o sforzo eccessivo al
volante, richiedere un controllo al Servizio
Assistenza BT.

5.4.0 CONTROL OF SPECIFIC
SAFETY FITTINGS
After every servicing, make sure that all the safety
installations are present and properly fastened.
If any problems are detected with the safety
equipment (see chap. 1.2.0 and 4.3.0), DO
NOT ALLOW THE TRUCK TO BE USED
and notify the authorized maintenance staff
or BT Service Centre.
Any tampering with the safety equipment can
interfere with the safety of the vehicle; all
the repair or replacement operations must
therefore be carried out by the BT Service
Centre or a workshop authorized by BT.
5.5.0 STEERING UNIT
5.5.1 STEERING COMMAND
The hydraulic steering uses the lifting oil by means
of a priority valve. The power steering unit (A),
located on the steering column, transmits the
command to the steering cylinders on the three-
wheel (B) and four-wheel (C) versions.
If any stiffness or excessive forcing of the
steering wheel is observed, ask the BT Service
Centre to check the supply to the unit.

SICHERHEITSEINRICHTUNGEN
Am Ende jeder Wartungsarbeit vergewissern Sie
sich, daß alle Sicherheitseinrichtungen vorhanden
und fest befestigt sind.
Werden Mängel an
Sicherheitseinrichtungen festgestellt (siehe
Kapitel 1.2.0 und 4.3.0), DARF DIE
VERWENDUNG DES STAPLERS NICHT
GENEHMIGT WERDEN und ist der
Wartungsdienst oder der BT-Kundendienst
zu informieren.
Jede Änderung bzw. Verstellung der
Sicherheitseinrichtungen kann die Sicherheit
des Staplers beeinträchtigen;
entsprechenden Reparaturarbeiten oder der
Austausch dürfen daher ausschließlich vom
BT-Kundendienst oder von einer BT-
Vertragswerkstatt vorgenommen werden.
5.5.0 LENKUNG
5.5.1 LENKUNG DER
VIERRÄDRIGEN STAPLER
Für die Hydrolenkung wird über eine
Vorrangventilschaltung dasselbe Öl wie für das
Hubwerk verwendet. Durch die Hydrolenkung (A)
an der Lenksäule werden die Lenkzylinder (B,
Dreiradausführung) bzw. (C, Vierradausführung)
betätigt.
Bei Schwierigkeiten oder übermäßigem
Kraftaufwand am Lenkrad ist zwecks
Überprüfung der Einheit der
Kundendienst zu verständigen.
