DB: Dynamic brake
When using the DB, Use under the following conditions.
 Usage frequency = once every 10 minutes
 Usage count = within 1,000 times
Rapid deceleration: The motor will decelerate at the deceleration torque set in PA2_60 (third torque
limit). (However, the above torque may not be achieved depending on the load conditions.)
Deceleration time: The motor decelerates based on the deceleration time set for PA2_76: No.3
deceleration time.
