: This function blocks servo amplifier output. It is the equivalent of IEC/EN60204-1 stop
category 1.
: This is activated based on input signals from external devices. STO startup is activated at a
set servomotor speed, or after a certain amount of time has elapsed. It is the equivalent of
IEC/EN60204-1 stop category 0.
: This function is used to monitor to ensure that the set upper limit speed is not exceeded.
: This is an output signal used to control the external break.
: This is an output signal used to monitor whether the servomotor speed is within the set
speed.
Meaning
