6.9.2. Command Line Interface

Commands are not case-sensitive and you must separate all arguments of a
command (i.e. keywords, data values, etc.) with a space character.
All Commands follow the syntax:
X [ID] COMMAND <CR>
WHERE:
X à Command Type Designator: A one letter designator that defines what type of
command is being issued. Legal designators are:
[ID] à Multidrop Address Designator: in Multidrop applications, the ID number of
the instrument to which the command is being sent is inserted here. For instance
the Command "? 50" followed by a carriage return would print the list of available
commands for the revision of software currently installed in the instrument
assigned ID Number 50.

This command prints a complete list of available commands along with the
definitions of their functionality to the display device of the terminal,
computer being used.
Pauses the listing of commands.
Restarts the listing of commands.
