Click the [Clean] button from the Operation menu.

Click the [Insert Clean Tape] button.

Specify the number of the CAS containing a cleaning cartridge.

Specify the cleaning cartridge to be loaded into the cleaning cell with the CAS cell number
button. Click the [Next] button when specifying the cleaning cartridge to be loaded is
complete.
More than one cleaning cartridge can be selected.
