Select [Insert Cleaning Tape] to display the cleaning cartridge selection window.

The cell map of the CAS that contains cleaning cartridges is displayed.
Use the drop-down list on the "From" side to display the cell map of the CAS for the selected
cabinet. Check the cleaning cartridges that are to be used for cleaning cells.

Use the drop-down list on the "To" side to select the cleaning cartridge that is to be loaded.

Click the [OK] button. A confirmation window is displayed. Click the [OK] button to proceed.

A message indicating that the process is in progress is displayed. A separate window
(showing the progress of processing) displays the number of cleaning cartridges to be
loaded and the number of cleaning cartridges that have been loaded.

When cleaning cartridge loading is completed, an end message appears.
