Select [Drive Cleaning] in the Clean menu window to display the drive/cleaning cartridge
selection window.

Drives to be displayed are as follows:
•
Drives from which a cleaning request is reported (Required Clean display)
•
Drives that require cleaning (Need Clean display)
•
Drives that are not loaded with cartridges (No_Tape display)

Use the drop-down list to select the target cabinet.
Information about the selected drives and cleaning cartridges is displayed.

Check the drive to be cleaned and then click the [OK] button. Only one drive can be
specified.

The selected drive is displayed in a confirmation window.
Click the [OK] button if it is OK to proceed. To make selections again, click the [Back] button.

The system displays a window showing the processing results, completing the manual
cleaning.
