Setting item
Specify the drive auto-cleaning function.
Enable: Enable the function. (default)
Disable: Disable the function.
Specify the auto-inventory at power-on of the unit.
Enable: Enable the function. (default)
Disable: Disable the function.
Specify the Fast Load function.
Enable: Enable the function. (default)
Disable: Disable the function.
Specify the Host Feature setting.
0: Default
1: For LMF connection
2: For NetVault connection
3: IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Extended Edition/
ETERNUS SF TSM EE 5.x connection
Specify the number of characters in the barcode label for response to the host.
6 characters: The count is set to 6 characters (default).
8 characters: The count is set to 8 characters.
When configuring the logical library, the barcode label character count is set for
each logical library separately.
Specify the number of usable cells if you want to restrict the number of the cells
used for the library.
This must be specified only when restricting the number of cells in the library
by the backup software. Generally, this specification is not required.
Enable the LT270 emulation mode.
LT270 S2: The LT270 S2 is operated as the LT270 S2. (default)
LT270 Emulation: LT270 compatibility is set to reply to a host.
Enable this mode when a LT270 S2 needs to be used as the LT270 for the
backup software that is used.
Enable or disable the power saving mode of the drives.
Enable: The drives are started with the power saving mode. (Default)
Disable: The drives are started without the power saving mode.
