Chapter 16 Winter service check list
Front suspension: check for splits
Front lift sensors: check grease
and cable
Front silentbloc: replace if
necessary or at least every 2 years.
If the robot is equipped with an

(page 186), be sure to use the
latest version.
Cutting head: check

check the cable,

check the lifting strap,

check for moisture in the housing,

replace the top seal,

check the clearance in the
pantograph arms,

check the cutting disc,

check the anti-friction disc
bearing,
Only during the first maintenance or
when replacing a pantograph arm,
put Loctite243 on the pantograph
screws and tighten to 7 Nm.
Replace the cutting blades
Inspect the cutting head motor,
grease
Inspect the backwards sensors:
magnet, grease
Rear silentbloc: replace if
necessary or at least every 2 years.
If the robot is equipped with a
kit
(page 186), be sure to use the
latest version.
Inspect all cables: check
connections, repair damage
Remove the rear wheels
Main box: check cables, boards,
presence of moisture,
version of peripherals and replace if
necessary
Drive motor: Lubricate the motors
during every service. Check and
replace the axle, bearing and the
seal on the outlet of the gear unit if
necessary.
Replace the rear wheels. Tighten
them to 65Nm
