Symptom
The Tractor Does Not
Move While Shifted

Probable Cause
Oil level is low
Clogged hydraulic oil filter
Power steering hydraulic pump damaged
GST system pressure is too low
GST pilot pressure is too low
GST clutch pressure is too low
GST clutch pack damaged
Synchronizer units damaged
Gears on the shaft damaged
Oil level is too low
Transmission oil quality is too low
GST valve improperly adjusted
Shift shock improperly adjusted
Temperature sensor damaged
Check oil level or fill
oil to proper level
Replace oil filter

1. Check the
regulating valve
pressure.
2. Adjust the GST
system pressure.
Solution order
1. Check the orifice of
the pilot circuit.
2. Check the shift
check valves.
3. Check the shift
pistons.
4. Check the
movement of the shift
forks.
5. Check the oil
leaking from PTO
clutch valve or its
clutch pack.
Solution order
1. Check the pressure
switch.
2. Check the filter of
proportional reducing
valve.
3. Check the clutch
valve.
4. Check the GST
clutch pack.
Repair or replace
GST clutch pack
Replace the
synchronizer unit
Replace the gears
Check oil level or fill
oil to proper level
Fill correct fluid
Adjust GST valve
Adjust shift shock
Replace temperature
