There was too much position deviation between the
motor and load during fully-closed loop control.
The position feedback data exceeded
±1,879,048,192.
Detection of the safety option module failed.
Detection of the Feedback Option Module failed.
An unsupported safety option module was con-
nected.
An unsupported feedback option module was con-
nected.
An error occurred in the input timing of the safety
function signal.
An error occurred in the gate drive circuit.
An error occurred in the gate drive circuit.
The voltage was low for more than one second for
phase R, S, or T when the main power supply was
ON.
The Servomotor did not operate or power was not
supplied to the Servomotor even though the /S-ON
(Servo ON) signal was input when the Servomotor
