Alarm Content
The encoder power supplies are all down and the posi-
tion data was cleared.
A checksum error was detected in the encoder's mem-
ory.
The voltage is too low in the absolute encoder's
backup battery.
The received absolute data is invalid.
The encoder was rotating at high-speed when the
power was turned ON.
The encoder's internal temperature is too high.
The SERVOPACK's heat sink overheated.
There is an error in the speed reference input's A/D
converter.
There is an error in the torque reference input's A/D
converter.
There is an error in the current sensor system or a
motor power line is disconnected.
A SERVOPACK system alarm occurred.
The Servomotor was overrunning.
An error occurred in the phase of the encoder's phase-
A, phase-B, or phase-C output.
The encoder's phase-A or phase-B is disconnected.
The encoder's phase-C is disconnected.
The absolute encoder's multiturn count could not be
cleared or it could not be set properly.
Communication could not be established between the
Encoder and SERVOPACK.
The Encoder's parameters are corrupted.
The contents of communication with the encoder are
incorrect.
The Encoder and SERVOPACK Multiturn Limit Val-
ues do not agree.
The position error pulses exceeded the setting in
parameter Pn505.
Detection of the Application Module failed.
One phase is open in the main power supply.
There was a power interruption of more than 1 cycle in
the AC power supply.
Power is not being applied to the Servomotor even
though the SERVOPACK received the Servo ON ref-
erence.
Communication could not be established between the
JUSP-OP02A-2 Digital Operator and SERVOPACK
due to a CPU Error or other problem.
Indicates normal operating status.
