6.4.Bandwidth Test
Bandwidth test function is mainly applied to test the bandwidth of band-pass filter.
Bandwidth test can find out signal peak value in the pass band and locate two points on specified amplitude on the two sides of the
pass band. The amplitude is lower than the signal peak value and can be adjusted through setting N dB point (default value is 3 dB).
The frequency range between the two points is the bandwidth of the filter under test.
Bandwidth test can set the minimum bandwidth and maximum bandwidth that the users allow before testing and the tested
bandwidth will compare automatically with the two values. If the result is not satisfactory, the users will see the fail information on the
screen or hear the sound hint, which are convenient for the the users to see if the characteristics of the device under test can meet
the requirement.
6.4.1. Open and set bandwidth test
The bandwidth threshold(N dB point)、maximum bandwidth and minimum bandwidth must be set before making bandwidth test and
multiple traces can be set.

1)
Click [Marker/Analysis]，and click [Limit Test...] on [Analysis] menu to display Limit Test.

Click [Bandwidth Test] button in the dialog box to display bandwidth test dialog box.
3)
Click [Bandwidth Test(on/OFF)] in the check box to enable the bandwidth test.
4)
Click [Bandwidth Value(on/OFF)] check box to display the tested bandwidth on the screen.
5)
Click [Bandwidth Marker (on/OFF)] check box to display the bandwidth locating mark on the screen.
6)
Click [N dB Point] to set the threshold of bandwidth.
7)
Click [MIN width] to set Minimum bandwidth.
8)
Click [MAX width] to set Maximum bandwidth.
9)
Click [Sound On Fail(on/OFF)] to make sound alarm when the bandwidth test fails.
10) Click [Fail Sign(on/OFF)] to display FAIL when bandwidth test fails.
11) Click [OK] to finish the setup of bandwidth test.
