6.3.1.3.
Type
Setting limit test types in type box:
MAX: When Trace is above limit line section, limit test fails.
MIN: When Trace is below limit line section, limit test fails.
OFF: Stop the limit section test
Begin Stimulus Box and End Stimulus
They are used to set up begin and end stimulus values of limit line section (X-axis start and stop coordinates of limit line
section).
Begin Response Box and End Response
They are used to set up begin and end response values of limit line section (Y-axis start and stop coordinates of limit line
section).
Limit Type
Setting the limit line display types:
· SLOP:display declined limit line
· FLAT:display horizontal limit line
· POINT:display punctual limit line

6.3.2. Setting Limit Test

After limit line is created, the limit line of some Trace can be chosen to display or hide. When the limit line is hidden, corresponding
limit test is still effective. For limit test which can not be made for stored Traces, it can be chosen to send out alarming and display
FAIL information to instruct limit test. When enabling limit test function, failed part of traces for limit test will be displayed as red, and
passed parts of traces will remain unchanged. You can change the color of FAIL information through the color setup item in the right
key menu of the mouse.

Click [Marker/Analysis], and click [Limit Test ...] on [Analysis] menu to display Limit Test dialog box.

Set up limit test in the dialog box.
3)
Click [OK] button to close the dialog box.
By front panel keys
6.3.2.2.
1)
Press 【Analysis】in MKR/ANALYSIS area, and press corresponding soft-key of [Limit] in arisen soft-key menu.
2)
Press corresponding soft-key of [Limit Test on/OFF] to trigger enable and close of limit test function.
3)
Press corresponding soft-key of [Limit Line on/OFF] to trigger display of limit line.
4)
Press corresponding soft-key of [Sound on Fail on/OFF] to enable failure sound prompt.
