6. Data Analysis

This chapter intends to describe how to read Measure result and calculate and Analysis the result, including following contents:

Marker

Trace math and statistics
Limit test
Bandwidth test
Bandwidth searching
Ripple test
Fixture Simulator
Parameter Transformation
6.1.Marker
Marker can be used to read measured data, search measured values of specified types and change the settings of Analyzer. Each
Trace can use 9 normal markers and 1 reference marker.
Create a marker
6.1.1.1.
By mouse or touch screen -marker toolbar
1)
Click [Response], point to [Toolbars] on [Display] menu, click and check [Markers] on Toolbar submenu, then the
Analyzer displays Marker toolbar.
2)
Select the marker to be enabled in [Mkr] box of the toolbar.
3)
Click and check [ON] check box.
4)
Set stimulus values of the marker in [Stimu] box.
