Is Gigabit Ethernet cable connected correctly?
‐ Securely connect the Gigabit Ethernet cable to the Ethernet Port.
Are the network settings configured correctly?
‐ Configure the network settings correctly.
Do the printer's network settings match the computer's settings?
‐ Match this product's network settings with the computer side environment.

Is the power cable connected to the plug?
‐ Connect the power cable.
Does the AC power supply provide the specified voltage?
‐ Connect the cable to another outlet.
Is the front cover, or the maintenance cover open?
‐ Close the front cover, or the maintenance cover.

‐ Lower the media loading lever.
Is the media loaded correctly?
‐ Load the media correctly.
Is the ink cartridge / High capacity ink pack adapter inserted?
