Problem

Solution
• Adjust the blade length.
• Lower the FORCE setting.
• Use a blade that fits securely
in the holder.
• Grease the cutter blade and
holder.
• Switch to a re-tack sheet that
is more sticky.
• Reduce the blade length
and/or lower the cutting
FORCE.
• Promptly weed cut film.
• Adjust the blade length and

software to the same
