Remark When using a subsystem clock, replace X1 and X2 with XT1 and XT2, respectively. Further, insert
resistors in series on the side of XT2.
Cautions 2. If XT2 and X1 are wired in parallel, malfunction may occur due to the crosstalk noise
between XT2 and X1.
To prevent this, connect the IC pin directly to the V
pins, and do not wire XT2 and X1 in parallel.
