Enabling Raw Mode
Follow these steps to enable the Raw mode in the GTH transmitter:

If the transmit fabric data width is configured to 16 bits, 32 bits, or 64 bits
a.
Set PCS_MODE_LANE<n>[3:0] to 4'b1010.
b. Set PCS_RESET_LANE<n> to 0xFF3B.
c.
Set PCS_RESET_1_LANE<n>[1:0] to 2'b00.
d. Set TX_FABRIC_WIDTH<n> to "16", "32", or "64."
