Mounting a Motor Module Booksize Compact on a cold plate

Tightening torques:

● Firstly, only tighten the nuts by hand.

Tightening torque: 0.5 Nm

● Then tighten the nuts in the specified sequence 1 to 4.

Tightening torque: 6 Nm

Cold plate (air or liquid cooling)

Heat-conducting foil

Spring washer
