14.2 Replacing the fan
Table 14- 5 Replacing the fan in an Active Interface Module, 36 kW
Open the fan cover. To do this, remove the combination
screws
M5 (3 Nm).
Remove the connecting cable.
Remove the fan.
Use a cable tie to tie up the connecting cables.

Open the fan cover and release the connector.
Remove the 7 expansion rivets.
Fix the fan with 7 new expansion rivets.
Cutoff excess cable tie length.
