Defective measurement
interface board
Defective chopper motor or
cable
Concentration has exceeded
range limit
Concentration low
Instrument out of calibration
Internal cables not
connected properly
Board is defective
Action
Replace measurement
interface board.
Check chopper motor cable.
Replace chopper motor.
Check to insure range
corresponds with expected
value. If not select proper
range.
Check user-defined low set
point, set to zero.
Recalibrate instrument.
Check gas supply. Perform
manual calibration.
Check that all internal cables
are connected properly.
Recycle AC power to
instrument. If still alarming,
change board.
