specifies the idle time in seconds.
<NR3>
BUS:B1:SPI:IDLETime?
indicating that the idle time is 5 μs.
Sets or returns the SPI SS polarity for bus <x>, where x is the bus number.
This command requires a DPO2EMBD application module.
