Hard disk drive (HDD) / solid state drive (SSD)
Ê Ensure that the upper edge of the SAS backplane is flush with the HDD bay
divider wall (see dashed line).

Ê Lower the 3.5-inch HDD bay top cover onto the HDD bays (1).
Ê Place the 3.5-inch HDD bay top cover on the latches of the 4x 3.5-inch HDD
SAS backplane (2).

CAUTION!
Ensure that the latches of the 4x 3.5-inch HDD SAS backplane are
properly seated in the openings in the HDD bay top cover.
