• Cycle power to the drive.
• If the problem continues, replace the control board or the entire drive. Contact Yaskawa or a Yaskawa representative for
instructions on replacing the control board.

• Cycle power to the drive.
• If the problem continues, replace the control board or the entire drive. Contact Yaskawa or a Yaskawa representative for
instructions on replacing the control board.
Control Board Connection Error

Connection error between the control board and the drive
• Turn the power off and check the connection between the control board and the drive.
• If the problem continues, replace the control board or the entire drive. Contact Yaskawa or a Yaskawa representative for
instructions on replacing the control board.
Drive Unit Signal Fault

The drive capacity cannot be detected correctly (drive capacity is checked when the drive is powered up).
If the problem continues, replace the control board or the entire drive. Contact Yaskawa or a Yaskawa representative for
instructions on replacing the control board.
Speed Deviation (for simple PG feedback control modes)

The deviation between the speed reference and speed feedback is greater than the setting in F1-10 for longer than the time set to
F1-11.
Reduce the load.
