Rear Master Cylinder Installation - Honda CR 125R 2002 Sevice Manual

INSTALLATION
2000-2001 :
Apply brake fluid to a new O-ring and install it onto
the reservoi r hose jOint.
2000-2001:
Install the reservoir hose joint to the rear master
cyl i nder.
Insl ailthe snap ring using the special tool.
CAUTION:
Be certa i n the snap ring is firmly sea ted
in
the
groove.
TOOL:
Snap ring p liers
0 79 14 -S ASOOOl
Connect the brake pedal to the push rod lower joint.
Install t he jOint pin and secure it with a new cotter
pin.
Install th e rea r mast er cyl i n d er and t ighten th e
mou nting bolts to t he speci fied torq ue.
TOROUE: 13 N·m 11.3 kgf. m. 9 Ibfoft!
