CRANKCASE/CRANKSHAFT/TRANSMISSION
Coat the countershaft O-ring and the inside of the
countershaft collar with grease.
Instal l the D -ring and collar onto the countershaft.
Instal l the drive sprocket onto the counters haft as
described below.
CAUTION;
Insta" t he drille sprocket with its flat sid. f acing
the
o utside.
Install the cone washer with the
~OUT
SIDE" mark
facing oul.
Hold the drive sprocket with the universal holder
and install and tighten the sprocket bolt to the
specified torque.
TOOL:
Universal holder 07725 - 0030000
TOROUE: 26 N·m 1 2.7 kgf' m, 20 Ibf.ftl
Install the drive sprocket guard and tighten the bolts.
