REMOVAL
Remove the front brake disc cover bolts.
Support the motorcycle using the safety stand or
hoist under the engine.
Remove the axle nut.
loosen the axle holder bolts and pull out the axle.
Remove the front wheel assembly.
INSPECTION
AXLE
Set the 8xle in V-blocks and measure the (unout.
Turn the axle and measure the runout using a dial
indicator.
Actual runout is 1/2 the total indicator reading.
SERVICE LIMIT: 0.2 mm (0.008 in)
