GENERAL
During engine removal and installation, support the motorcycle using a workstand.
The following components can be serviced with the engine installed in the frame.
- Alternator (Section 14)
- Clutchlkickstarter/gearshift linkage (Section 9)
- Cylinder head/cylinder/piston (Section 7)
- RC valve system (Section 8)
The following components require engine removal for service.
- Crankshaft/transmission (Section 10)
